“It was too dark inside to take photos. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you though I don't know how they find you without a number. In fact we had some items missing and had to ask for them. They have some canned drinks and help yourself water- nothing fancy at all. The staff were really friendly. It's very loud inside and can be difficult to find a seat on a Saturday night. They were running out of menu items quickly but luckily there were some vegan options still available. I tried the Hainan cauliflower & rice which I do NOT recommend. It was like a ramen but not nearly as good. The flavors almost canceled each other out somehow and it was so salty that's basically all I could taste. I also tried the bbq tempeh grinder which was very flavorful. It reminded me of the hot dogs in spaghetti oh's back in the day. It could use more vegetables on the sandwich in my opinion. I'd recommend trying this grinder out even if you aren't vegan. Speaking of vegan, there are no vegan desserts unfortunately but it was really nice to see so many vegan dinner options. I ended up with a stomach afterwards but I'd eat that tempeh grinder again (in hopes that wasn't the cause) and possibly try some of their other vegan meals. I do hope they succeed.“

“Excellent food! The service was super friendly, food serviced in a timely manner. You must be patient as the host/waitress also works behind the scene and may not hear you enter or time to check on you frequently.I loved all the art and greenery too!“

“I love this Ginger Garden because I am gluten-free (allergic to wheat) and this is the only place around that can adjust their menu making for my allergy. The food is great, service friendly. However, the last time I ordered, I definitely got sick from wheat. I didn't call back to confirm the staff wrote down my allergy that I very clearly told them of. So I don't know if this was a clerical error in order taking, or if there was a mistake in the kitchen. Food is great but if you are gluten free, be very clear and follow up to confirm. Don't take yes as an answer because I did and I was definitely poisoned and unable to eat my food last time I went. I am still giving them a 5 stars because they have been great every other time. But I will be taking my own advice and making every dish be double checked with the kitchen to make sure it is gluten free. I want to continue loving this place.Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of gluten free options! But make sure to be very clear when ordering and confirm it is gluten free with the kitchen before eating. Mistakes can happen. They are absolutely lovely to eat at“

“Why does this place not have 5 ? The staff is super friendly and kind. We had the ramen, as it was a cold and snow covered night. The restaurant had good vibes and was clean. I loved the ramen and definitely will be back to try the Hibachi next time!“

“A great place to go to when you’re looking for a quick, nutritious meal. We usually dine-in on our way north to Vermont for ski weekends or when we are in the area for errands. We always build our own bowls and pile on the veggies sky high alongside mango flavored coconut water from the fridge. Vegan friendly so that’s an extra plus too!Vegetarian options: Veg options are pretty self evident and their dressings are clearly labeled. While tofu is the only blatant veg protein, you can also pile on the edamame for more protein.“

“Struggled for 20 minutes walking around trying to find this place! Once you get to the street, you have to walk down stairs into an alley. There will be no signs, but go into the door that's open (hopefully it's always propped open. The other two doors are locked.) Then go down the hallway to your left and violá, you've made it! (The door will have "Little Trúc" stamped on it.)You definitely still get basement vibes, but the food is delicious! Flavors you don't find elsewhere, and a preparation that feels like love went into it. Worth going at LEAST once. The menu changes weekly, but it seems like there are some staples that do have longevity. Rough start, but it ended well!“
