We came here with really high hopes of experiencing and seeing something unique. This was marketed as a communal and family-friendly oasis full of local art, activities, and a place for people to come together. We drove nearly 40 minutes and as soon as we walked in with our 3 year old, we were very quickly informed that the marketing was wrong and that this was not a place for children. We were told that if we stayed that we needed to just sit in one place and look at things. The person who "greeted" us also informed us that they were putting in $400 plants in the "park" and that this was going to be some sort of high-end venue (I guess that means families can't come?). Needless to say, we felt unwelcome and took a quick lap holding our daughter so we would not be chided for her not sitting in place. There was one other family there that seemed to be doing yoga. Other than that, it was pretty empty. This could be a great community place that attracts a diverse audience - I hope it figured out what it wants to be when it grows up. Until then - we recommend trying one of the local breweries instead. We all felt more welcome and had more fun there.

We had a wonderful birthday party for our daughter in December here. It was reasonably priced and the space was so much fun for all of the kids (ages 6months to 14) ! We had an issue with one employee being a bit rude to our guests but the manager, Lystra, handled it really well. We would book this space again for a birthday in a heartbeat!

Milk 180 Park is a gift to our community. Every time I walk in (FOR FREE) I feel so lucky that we have this space. The staff is friendly- if you follow the few simple rules, that are clearly displayed. Ring the bell if you'd like service, put your empties in the bin, don't bring outside food or drink, and don't let your children horseplay. Considering it's a free space, that's very few rules- in my opinion. Plus the food and drinks are delicious. A true gem, that I hope will be in Easthampton for years to come.

Interesting place, but staff were rude and confrontational. It's not a park, it's a restaurant, so you cannot bring in any outside food (not even candy or a water). Ordered an iced coffee and it was clear ... basically tasted like sugar water. Cameras were everywhere so it feels like you're under surveillance. I like the hydroponics aspect, but the menu was hard to understand. All in all, an odd experience.

What a special unique place! It was difficult for me to find but well worth it when we did! From the back it seemed like we were entering a residential building ( which the 3rd floor is). 180 mill park is on the 2nd floor. Keep looking and follow 180 mill park signs. It's worth it. Great place for parents with kids to relax, grab a bite, a beer and enjoy the view. I loved that kids from the area of all ages could play together in a safe, climate controlled environment. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the food too. Loved it! I felt like I was back in Fremont Seattle or Portland or olympia.

What a fun space! Welcoming, convivial, entertaining...I came here with a group of students to perform Celtic music for a special concert and brought my 9 year old son. Both of us had a wonderful time. I will be back!

I had heard about this place but after seeing some of the reviews here was feeling hesitant about trying it, especially since it's a 50 min drive for us. TLDR: I'm SO glad we did because it was great!! Full details: Came on a Saturday with my husband and 10 month old. It was FULL of families having fun. No one was getting yelled at by staff or anything like other reviews said. There were a few kids running but mostly I felt like it was similar to being at a pool where kids do the fast walk/shuffle so as not to run and break the rules. Food was tasty (I had a special hot dog) and very reasonable. You were allowed to eat anywhere in the park which was nice. Baby practiced going up and down stairs, toddled around happily and climbed on foam blocks. My guess is that weekdays might be different but all in all I was VERY pleased.

I have a mixed review. First, the space is fantastic. It brings the outdoors indoors. That is important and the idea is an innovative one. There food is good: they have a full coffee bar and serve a nice selection of wine and beer. However, it is advertised as a "park" which attracts parents and children. It would be great if they had more things for kids to do or even bulked up the small play area. Children's physical activity is largely discouraged and management has been rude to many of the parents I know, in addition to my family about running or anything they see as "horseplay." My husband refuses to go at this point due to this treatment. If you want to sit and have a cappuccino, this may be your spot. If you want to take your kids somewhere to expend energy this is not the place.

Party of 8 went in for dinner- 2 pizzas, few salads- hotdogs for the kids and I hate to say the best part about the food was the hotdog. The entertainment space for the kids was fun but it did not outweigh the fact that we would have been better off eating a frozen pizza at home. When questioned about the time it was taking to get the orders we were told that they are not that kind of establishment. The bathrooms were disgusting, the food a close second. The bearded cook was sarcastic and overwhelmed. Drinks took over 40 minutes and the staff told the party they would just have to wait. Overall awful experience.

Went here to work and enjoy a beverage and snack while my car was getting fixed. I had seen it because my salon is in the same building. I walked there, passing other venues on the way in favor of the "park" atmosphere. On arrival, I found a note posted on the door saying they were closed for the week. Frustrated, I sat on a couch just outside the door and did some computer work. A man approached who apparently worked there. He abruptly asked me what I was doing- I pointed to the closed venue and he rudely informed me that the couches were for people who were waiting to do business. I then schlepped myself over to the Eastworks building, where I wish I had gone in the first place. I had a perfect mocha at the Coffee Mill followed by lunch at Riffs -working and spending $$ all morning. Eastworks also has a hair salon. Sorry Mill 180. I won't be back.

I find this indoor park very confusing. It is advertised as an indoor park but they clearly do not want any children inside there. Yet they have activities for them to do the staff gets irritated if they climb or run or even play with the chess set that is plastic. I find the owner incredibly rude and her attitude seems like we are imposing on her life if we are there. I understand but it is free and rules are necessary but we always make sure to buy lunch if we are there and we try to be as respectful as possible and still my kids are getting in trouble for being kids. It is much better to just pay for the Holyoke Children's Museum. Or go to an actual Park. Not a family friendly investment.
