I had an outstanding dining experience at this gem of a restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a cozy evening. The staff (including the owner of the restaurant) greeted me with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout the meal. The hot & spicy ramen was perfectly seasoned to perfection. The chefs clearly know what they’re doing! The highlight for me was the melt-in-your-mouth spicy pork, cooked perfectly.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your family.

First and last time here. Nice atmosphere, but sushi was a fail. Fish was cut way too thick and was twice the size of the rice ball. I suppose if you like massive slabs of fish versus the balanced flavor of well made sushi you'll love this place. Both Tuna and Salmon had veins of gristle making them inedible. Tuna Maki appeared to have chopped fish instead of slices. Wasabi was wet and slushy instead of a paste. This was my first experience leaving a sushi restaurant with unfinished food on my plate. They gave us 10% off our bill for the inedible fish but that still didn't cover the cost of the food that we didn't eat. A different restaurant would have waived the cost of the meal.

Last time, after patiently waiting 45-minutes to be seated (with nowhere to sit / wait), we waited an additional 20-minutes after being seated watching tables around us get service (who arrived after us).We left without even getting waters for the table. Won't be dining in again.

Food is expensive but worth itThey use high quality sushi and the way the chefs make it is really great.The waiter and waitress are attentive, have good etiquette and friendly.I would totally tip the chefs and servicer if I have cash on me.Would recommend trying out Salmon roe and Kisara special if sushi is your favorite dish.

outstanding meal tonight. very simple but absolutely freshest sushi i have had in a long time ( and i live by the ocean in Rhode Island so i know what I am talking about)! how they managed to make mackerel not smell fishy or taste oily was a miracle and the garlicky dumpling soup sank me into a happy stupor. on a past visit I had the Bulgogi bowl which was as true to the original recipe as any i have ever had. If you find yourself in Easthampton please make time for Kisara!Parking: found parking very easily on the main street

I didn't like sushi before I tried Kisara. It's incredibly fresh. Phenomenal service. Definitely call ahead because they book up quick. Ramen is very good as well. Gotta get the eel special roll!!! My friend who was stationed in Japan said it's the best sushi he's had since being over there.Kid-friendliness: They have these sodas where a marble pops and spins around when you open them. My kids love them.
Louis, and his team the most amazing characters I've met in a long time, serving up some of the most delicious sushi/Korean/Japanese dishes I've come across in my travels. Hospitality, kindness and attention are top-notch an absolute must see gem if you find yourself in Easthampton and anywhere they are serving it up, this is an experience you will not regret. Five stars.

This place DOES NOT close at 9:30. Use 8:30 as the close time. It might have the best food on the planet, but getting there at 8:45 to have the staff tell me they’ve stopped seating is terrible service. It’s not service at all.
