This location was our go-to for Sunday mornings for several years. We have since moved and miss it. We lived in NJ for a while and this is the best Western Mass alternative we've found.
I come to tandem basically every weekend and I’ve never really had any problems but today was different. I understand it’s Christmas weekend but the blonde girl took my order and then turned around and had a conversation with another employee complaining on how they made her come into work. Realized she didn’t even take my boyfriend’s order. And then took his order. Usually the customer service is great but today was not. Tandem bagel is absolutely delicious! Perfect and delectable bagels with a ton of flavor. They’re huge and always well made. They’re warm and crispy, and are just incredible. Tandem’s bagels and wraps are absolutely packed with toppings, and are super high quality. My personal favorite is the Asiago bagel, with the cheese complementing the bagel perfectly.
