“Came here for the first time because I really wanted ramen but didn't want to travel too far for it. We were not disappointed! My pork belly ramen was exactly what I wanted. So delicious! My husband got sushi which he couldn't stop talking about. The owner waited on us and was super attentive and very sweet.“

“Easily the best and most authentic Chinese food in the area, or even broadly Massachusetts. Excellent high quality food at a price that is more than fair. Delicious, flavorful, always on time, with great staff who obviously care about their craft. I cannot recommend them enough.“

“In a town that has a restaurant known across the state for their Buffalo Wings, Jasmine Garden should be known for their Spareribs on the Bone! I eat at some of the best Chinese restaurants in the state and I would put Jasmine Garden's up against any of them. However that's just one of the many great things they offer. Their Hot and Sour Soup is old school with wood ear mushrooms, pork floss and all the fillers with a nice complex flavor finished with just the right amount of heat. Their Beef Teriyaki is extremely tender, flavorful and is right up there with the best. I got the Pork Fried Rice without onions. It was dark, flavorful and loaded with pork, egg, and bean sprouts. They definitely don't hold back. Their lobster sauce has a really nice flavor with a sweet finish. Mixed with the rice it is perfect. My daughter had the Dragon Roll and very much enjoyed it. All of the food that I have had here has been solid. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a real hidden gem. Very easy to get to from 495 or 95. I rank this extremely high on my list of Massachusetts Chinese restaurants. If you like ribs, it is worth the journey from wherever you are at.“

“I love Chinese and Japanese food and this restaurant is a great combo of both. Delicious food and they serve Takoyaki here which I love but when they make the Takoyaki they only serve it with the Japanese mayo on it but no Takoyaki sauce but I still enjoy it. Great food every time.“

“The vegetables are always very fresh! Veggie fried rice and veggie lo mein are fantastic. Good chicken fingers but I always regret eating so many! One thing I noticed is that the Gao is very difficult to chew, and is stringy. I usually avoid getting that but I know my boyfriend is hoping it gets better.Vegetarian options: Very fresh veggies, large portions.“

“Finally found a decent authentic Asian place in Massachusetts. Still no comparison to what we have in Seattle. Walked into a somewhat dark and odd smelling place. Prepared myself and my daughter for another harrowing Asian food experience in Mass. I was so wrong and this place surprised me. I've finally figured Chow Mein in the NW does not equivalte to the Chow Mein in NE. Ordered Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Sichuan Chicken, Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Rolls, Buffalo Wings, and Crab Rangoon. The soup was absolutely delicious and fresh. The orange chicken, drum roll please, was NOT breaded and drenched in sweet sauce. The egg rolls were also freshly hand made. The Mongolian Beef and Scichuan Chicken was not drowning in thick sauce and overloaded with the entire vegetable garden. Crab Rangoon was average and wings were just regular hot buffalo wings. Chow Mein was unappetizing and looked really sad. Only wish the food was actually spicy. The flavors were really mild. Asked for hot sauce and was given Sriracha sauce. No complimenrary Oolong tea. ? We will be back! It's worth the 2 hour trip!“

“Surprisingly good for an austere shop. My daughter was singing her praises of it last week and dragged the rest of the family in. Her favorite is the beef and broccoli combo. My son enjoyed his shrimp fried rice and is not easily pleased. The portions are generous, and the vegetable lo mein I had was delightful and filling. We will be back again, I am sure!“

“I grew up just down the street from Golden Corner, I remember when it was an ice cream shop in the early 80's Then came Chinese food. I remember it being great back then. Today I ordered a poo poo platter, they had no issues with me substituting chicken fingers for an egg roll. I also ordered beef with mixed veggies with a curry sauce. Not on the menu. But they made it! Food was amazing!!!!! I live in quincy and there are a ton of Asian food. I will make the trip here!!! We'll worth it!“

“I have been coming here I believe just 30 years now. This is beef chow foon noodles. Sorry I had some before I decided to take the picture because it tasted so good.. I highly recommend the crab rangoons the beef chalfoon the sizzling seafood platter and of course they're mai Tai s cocktails. Great TVs too if you want to watch our great Boston sports teams.Parking: It's on main Street so you have to find a parking spot but it's not a long walk if you have to look down the street.. in the winter when there are snow banks is only time that parking is probably really quite challenging but that is anywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp on the side entrance.“

“Ordered here for the first time tonight because our usual place has been closed for renovations for the last several months. Placed an order for delivery online and scheduled to be delivered when we got home from work. Order was on time, driver was friendly and followed my delivery instructions.Food was good, portion sizes were a let down, for $80 it didn't seem like much food at all but the food was tasty, fresh, and I didnt have that post Chinese stomach uneasiness that comes from most places probably because the food wasn't super greasy which was nice. The boneless spare ribs had a good flavor but we're a bit on the dry/overcooked side, the chicken fingers were also good but some were dry and some were perfect. The white rice was fluffy but not mushy, the duck sauce was on point, the friend shrimp was good, the beef teriyaki was super tasty and the crab rangoon was DELICIOUS. I feel like the dryness can probably be explained by the fact that we were ordering for the first time on the busiest day of the year for Chinese food- New Year's Eve.Online ordering was easy but be forwarned that even though it doesn't say it anywhere, the online orders are fulfilled by DoorDash, which was kind of annoying because I specifically don't order through them anymore since every time I have ever ordered through DoorDash the prices are higher and the portions are significantly smaller than they would be if I just picked it up myself. Which honestly if I'm willing to pay for delivery I don't understand how it's ok for DoorDash to charge more PLUS charge a delivery fee for less food. We will not be ordering delivery again for that reason but we do look forward to trying takeout again sometime.“

“Jealous of the locals as this place is worth the drive if ya don't live close. Ignore the typical 3 something stars is the best asian. This on is not your standard New England asian. Try something other than your go-to normal dish. Your tastes buds will thank you.“

“Food here is very good! We had the hot n' sour and wonton soups. Hot n' sour not all that spicy on this evening. I prefer spicier but it was delicious and packed with black mushrooms, etc. Egg rolls were good, boneless spare ribs were the strip type. They weren't bad but I like the meatier types. We also had the Ginjo fried rice which wasn't dark - I prefer a lighter style - and had big chunks of pork, shrimp and other ingredients. Fresh and good. Also we had the Singapore rice noodles. This was also very good. Light curry with snow peas, shrimp, etc. Overall a very good meal and we would definitely go back. They have an extensive sushi menu here but we didn't try it. Small but clean space.“

I have recommended to plenty and they never disappoint. And the new restaurant upgrade is beautiful. I love Nagoya!!! ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They handle allergies well and moderations to the food for picky eaters!“

“We have eaten here several times over the last few months and the service and food have been top notch. The beef teriyaki is the most tender I have ever had, and all of the pupu platter food is incredibly fresh. Also, the Mai Tais are great. What more could you ask for?“

“the food here is pretty good - i liked the crab rangoons a lot but didn't love the tuna on top of the tiger maki at all. definitely recommend the scorpion bowl to share if you're 21+ (it's strong!), it was a fun little experience! our service wasn't the best but i like that they have a pretty extensive menu with a good amount of options, so worth a try.“

“I have Been going here since I was a kid. This place has never disappointed me and everyone I’ve gone with. The quality of the food , service etc speaks volumes and is a no brainer why they managed to be open for so many years. The fact I read some negative reviews blows my mind. I barely do reviews but I had to mention my two cents after reading some comments. Only thing I can even think to explain those is, it must be their local competitors. Do yourself a favor and go get some delicious food“

“I've been ordering from Big Wong for so many years I lost count. I went to them after I had problems with other places and I always go back. They are thorough and even call if something doesn't look right with our regular order to make sure we didn't make a mistake. It's so awesome to have such an amazing level of customer care. High recommended.“

“So I got in my Delorean and took it up to 85 mph… it transported me back to a time when food was food. I couldn’t find a menu online so I called (yes had to call my Gen Z friends), I order a bunch of stuff I “assumed” any Chinese food place would have and everything was fine. They took my order and got it right. They told me 15min, I showed up in 12, and it was ready. I spent $38 and both my GF and I have lunch tomorrow. The pictures on the wall haven’t been updated since 1982 and I hope they never are. I grabbed a paper menu i my way out so I can order with precision week.“

“Pleasantly surprised by the food and quick service. Wanted American Chinese and decided to give this place a try despite the reviews— so glad I did! Ordered online and it was ready when it said it would be. Went inside and saw how food was cooked fresh and to order. It was clean and very deliciously smelling. Ordered an appetizer sample and it smelled and tasted fresh and with quality. Got an order of general gau’s for my husband he and liked his meal. The flavors of the lo mein had that wok flavor and I was impressed. The food was fried well but not only. Will definitely come here again.“

“Food is great, always ready fast and served hot and very friendly staff. I have never had any orders get messed up, I'm there almost every weekend, parking is OK, they have a small parking lot in front and street parking in the sides, I think 3 tables inside, so you can eat inside if you want. No stairs going in, so you can get a wheel chair also if need be.“
