Staff is never smiling. They seem to ignore walk in customers. Bathrooms need work. More cellphone chit chat that is attentive to customers. Prices keep going up. Get the app as they sometimes have promotions. Sandwiches as usually sloppily made. Occasionally you get one that is not all squished and all the stuff sliding off into the wrapper. Fast food does not mean sloppy food. It means good food fast. Take the extra 10 seconds and make the food look edible.
I know I didn’t just drive 5 minutes all the way home for me to have the wrong burger. I asked for a ghost pepper ranch burger … I got a burger with ketchup and onion. NOT what I asked for .. how is that even remotely close. The only reason for 2 stars is the kid in the drive thru was pleasant. But come on man, I called and got hung up on. Y’all be too much.

Maybe the worst fast food place I've ever been through. Absolutely horrible employees in this location. I went to the drive-thru today and was given nothing but attitude. Honestly I think it was going to drive to the one that's further away from now on.
