The very best restaurant on Martha's Vineyard. The chef is very clever. The plates are small but delectable. Everything we had was superb. The ambiance is amazing. A very cozy restaurant filled with interesting art and books.

Delicious dinner - great spot for a special occasion. The food was excellent, nice sized portions didn't leave you feeling cheated or too full. The dover sole was amazing and so was the steak au poivre. Drinks were fun and generously portioned. We make sure to go here at least once a year and are never disappointed.

Such a magical place. We love going to the Terrace during Christmas in Edgartown. Alway such warm and welcoming service and the food never disappoints. You will never feel rushed. Highly recommend.

The absolute most perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. The food and ambiance were superb. Our waiter Dusan was professional, and kind - very knowledgable about each dish with spot on suggestions. One of the top dining experiences we've ever had!

Spending our 50th wedding anniversary on the Terrace outdoor seating area was perfect. From booking the reservation, then having to change due to a family member's illness, to the time we walked away, it was magical. The hostess, Heidi, was delightful, the garden was very pretty, the staff offered very personalized service and the meal was delicious. Wonderful memory to add to our 50 years together. Thank you so much

Our dinner at The Terrace was outstanding. We were celebrating my brother and sister in law's anniversary. They had never been and we wanted it to be special. The entire evening was and we have a beautiful memory to recall the event. Thank you.

The cocktails were disappointing at such a high end restaurant to be served with too much ice, tall glasses, long straws, and very little alcohol. Later than 7 is best for reservations IF you're out to see people, as we were only 1 of 2 parties with a 6 o'clock.

Our last visit was 22 years ago and we were delighted to see that the decor was exactly the same, and gleaming! It's a gorgeous little historic gem. The service was first rate and my martini was perfection. The only miss was the food. The serving of beef carpaccio was oddly tiny and seared at the edges, and the Dover Sole for $83 might as well have been tilapia and it was overcooked! The pasta with truffles had zero truffle flavor.

First time at the Charlotte Inn and we were impressed from the very beginning. The inn is filled with fine art and antiques as well as indoor plants in the dining area which made this a truly unique setting.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal in a charming setting for my wife’s birthday. The scallop appetizer was amazing. My wife’s beef tenderloin was modified based on her preferences and perfectly cooked. My halibut was amazing. The service was attentive and excellent. This was truly an amazing dining experience. We will be back.
