This might have been the single worst Dunkin ever. me and my friend went there to get a nice lunch and they were blasting rap music with curse words and they were singing profanitys. they kept clappino in the back and I felt unsafe. I would have given it zero stars if I could. never go there. the food also sucked. just go to Woodmans instead.

People who works here might be on drugs or something.Asked for a sandwich which goes only 3 items, asked to remove one item (mentioned twice) even when they were making. Still, added the third item.I find already there expensive more than 5 dollars such a small and cheap sandwich of a franchise and why be disposed so easily because the sandwich made wrong went to the trash. They are in another world. Plus the lack of hygiene of employees.

I went to this location twice during my stay in Essex. On Saturday, my hot vanilla latte was cold. I had to heat it in microwave at my conference. On Sunday, my hot vanilla latte did not taste like vanilla...or a latte for that matter. I took one sip and had to toss it at my conference. Absolutely disgusting. At least it was hot but the flavor made it inedible. Do not go to this location.

Today august 15 2022I had ordered a coffee roll then waited 1 hour for the staff to just throw it away and no they didn't put it in a bag I payed for it and the person working register didn't ask if I had ordered any thing no I left my monet gone and no food

this dunks location is very tiny and crammed and definitely not suitable as a study space imo. wouldn't recommend sitting down here.
