Continental is a great Italian bakery. Love the Italian rum birthday cake. Cannoli, lobster tails, baba rum, all delicious and reasonable prices. Crazy what people will pay just a couple miles down the road in the north end when they could come here and feed an army for what they pay at the more well known Boston bakeries. Ignore the idiot who complained about deposits on orders. He’s the type who would probably stiff them.

I ordered a birthday cake through Uber Eats for an instant delivery. Price was reasonable and they provided a complimentary service to write "Happy Birthday" on top of the cake, which was lovely. The cake came in a neatly wrapped box and tasted very good! I'm a happy customer ?

Their desserts are excellent. But their new policy of putting a downpayment on an order (either by credit card over the phone or driving over to pay half before getting the dessert) is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Are the desserts made with gold?! We've been going to Continental Bakery for years but will no longer go there because this new policy is incredibly ridiculous. You will lose business because of this Continental.

First time I’ve been to this bakery I ordered a Tres leches 1/4 sheet with Bavarian cream, peaches and strawberries in the middle and coconut on the outside I was a bit skeptical ? when I picked it up because of the tin on the bottom of the cake ? but it was a hit the cake was delicious ? everyone loved the cake. Amazing Cake and wonderful customer service !!!!!!!

I ordered a half vanilla and half chocolate cake for my daughter's 7th birthday and she cuts the cake it was only vanilla, talked about a disappointment for a child. I called them to let them know the same day and the person answered the phone was very apologetic and said to call the next day when the baker was working. I called no one picked up so I stopped by to talked to them and one person told me oh the baker doesn't believe that I'm telling the truth because she did make a half vanilla and half chocolate and and I said she didn't and if she did why would I have wasted my time left work early to come see her. I was in disbelief when she said that and I showed her the video of the cake while my daughter was cutting it and everything she was still insisted that the baker said that she made it how I ordered it and she oh I'll have the baker give you a call the next day in a very rude manner. That happened June 27th and I have yet to receive that phone call back . Horrible service representative

I am so pleased to have stumbled across Continental Bakery! From Los Angeles, I ordered Postmates for a friend's birthday today. Continental came up, and I ordered a small strawberry shortcake, mini canolis and lemon bars. My friend amd her mom said that the strawberry shortcake was the best cake they have ever had! Fresh and light were 2 adjectives used. And they adore the mini deserts too! Thank you for making beautiful baked goods. I will be by, when I visit next time! And will probably do more Postmates orders for family and friends!

Ordered red velvet, carrot cake and lemon drop cupcakes. The lemon drop was great! The other 2 were so dry even the frosting couldn't help get them down my throat.

This supermarket is very nice and The staff is very friendly. You can Find a great variety of Brazilian products. I was looking for a birthday cake- Brazilian style of course, and I was amazed how good it was. High recommended.
