I went in for a coffee, keep in mind shaked n stirred it n tried it and it was just sugary and syrupy and I politely asked the lady if she can remake it for me because it never taste like that when I order it in any other location. The cashier catches an attitude with me and doesn’t even hear me out, doesn’t even apologize so at this point I’m getting irritated because the whole point of customer service is attending to the customers needs! So I just tell her to give me a refund on my card and then she’s like no, instead she takes the money out her tip jar and gives me what she thinks was the price for the coffee. At this point I’m like whatever, I felt bad because why would you take it upon urself to take it out your tips when you can simply just refund it back to my card. This location is straight up wack and messy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here instead go to the location on broadway they are wayyy nicer and friendlier!!

Employees are always friendly enough. It's located inside a corner store across from Walgreens. Avoid going after high school lets out as there will be a long, long line. My order has always been made correctly.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options: donuts, bagels, avocado toast, hash brownsKid-friendliness: This location is located inside a corner store that is tightly packed. There will be lots to touch if your kiddo is into that.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a couple of steps to get into the store. Not wheelchair friendly.

Ordered couple coffee and bagel with cream cheese. When I ordered asked lady on the counter with cream cheese in it please.I got my coffee right away . Lady who makes sandwiches toasted my bagel and keep it in the bag . I asked her excuse me, can you spread cream cheese on it . She looked at me mad and what ?? I repeated her . She is like did you say please. I been buying coffee for 20 years, how cud I missed the word please.I didn’t like the attitude of lady who wears glasses. This is not how you treat the customer. Never going again .

The guy the works there on Saturdays. He is rude, does not get the orders right. When tell him he gets orders wrong he said you didn’t ask for this and he over charge me for 5 cheese cream because he didn’t put on the bagles or toast them. I feel he is racist to hispanic people. You should not have this kind of people works at dunkins. And he does this to everyone not just me. And yes i will be filling a complaint with Dunkins. This should be happening.

I like this specific Dunkin' donuts was a good choice to go to. As I walk in and I am in line, I notice the employees joking around, just not paying attention. But, it is the truth about it depends where you go because you never know how the service is going to
