We went here on a bingo night and on a seperate occasion we attended a friend's birthday party. The atmosphere is incredible! I didn't have anything to eat so I can't comment on the food, but the service was great as well.All in all I really enjoyed myself on both of the occasions I went here, so I have nothing to complain about ??♂️

When you you walk in there is a rude manager with rotten teeth sitting at the bar smelling like alcohol. We drove out of our way to this restaurant because of the reviews. We were heading on an 8 hour trip back home. We were pressed for time we called our order in. We were going to eat in the car but saw the restaurant was empty, 3 tables were occupied about 10 were empty. We asked the waitress if we can eat from our to go boxes at one of the tables. She said ok. A few minutes later we were told we had to leave because if you order food to go you can't eat at the restaurant and eat. The alcoholic manager said we were wasting his resources eating from to go plates and sitting at the empty restaurant. I could understand if it was packed. He was yelling at the female employees. They looked scared of him. We spent well over $100. The food was mid. The fried goat was dry lacked seasoning. The mac n cheese was greasy tasted like they used sliced cheese or velveeta. The rice and pease was cooked with basmati rice. I know these mom and pops restaurants do not read reviews to try to improve their service. I will never return to that place.

I justify had a bad experience I ordered food over the phone and when my husband went to pick it up they give us a different food I spoke to the lady on the phone to explain it she can't even figure out what happened . I'm so disappointed from la perle haitian restaurant. Not good customers services at all . Never again I'm not order food there

Break Down
Here right now for Valentine’s Day and I’ve never had a worse experience. Service was bad, manager never came to address it just walked right by us. Owner called me bro repeatedly while telling me he would take care of things. Just for the bill to look exactly the same after he left the table. Desserts we ordered in advance have STILL not come to the table after being here for an hour. We usually have a great experience here and understand that nights like these are busy but the lack of care and concern for the bad service provided are unacceptable! I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

The ambience ok. Very much Haitian Vibes Barely seated and never served. Never got to try the food because waited for 25 minutes after being told which table we could sit at. No one ever came to our table to take out order. Watched multiple people walk in after getting my friend and I who were welcomed.
