We dined here on Friday, 3/29/24. The food and service from our server, Dyamond, were incredible. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to the treatment by the host and manager, George. We were a party of ten but two of us were late due to a flight delay. We were told they could not seat us without the full party but they would "hold the table" until the two other guests arrived. Meanwhile, we were told by the host and manager we could take a table for eight but could not pull two seats up when the two late guests arrived. All of this took place around 9pm when the restaurant was half full and there were plenty of other tables available.We were going to spend the money, anyway. We understand it is not the restaurant's fault we had two late guests, but it made zero business sense for them not to be flexible in this situation. They lost revenue because we did not start ordering cocktails until an hour after our reservation start time and we did not tip as much as we would have had we been accommodated. Further, they have lost future revenue because we will not be returning.

My party of four was seated south side of the restaurant facing the water and the resort's garden making for a very pretty view while we dined. Saturday night reservations 6:15 and the bar area was quickly filling with the cities youth. The music was going and energy was high. Our server Diana was exceptional. She admitted that she was new to Mystique but she absolutely crushed it. She knew the menu well and answered all of our questions. She was kind and attentive and did everything with a smile. The portions were a little small for the price tag but the food overall was very good. I was disappointed the drink menu Did not display a mocktail menu - And the mocktail that I was given, the lychee "martini" was too sweet I had to send it back and it returned not much better unfortunately. Overall 4 stars. I'll return ?

However, regrettably, our visit was tarnished by an experience that fell far short of meeting our hopes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism by the waiter and his assistants, who made every effort to ensure our evening went smoothly. However, the quality of the food left much to be desired, lacking the flavor and freshness we had hoped for. However, what truly marked a turning point in our experience was the encounter with the restaurant's manager. We were negatively surprised by his lack of attention to basic standards of hygiene and personal presentation, which, in our opinion, are fundamental in any quality dining establishment. In summary, while we received a great service from the waiter and his assistants, the food and the lack of attention to detail from management overshadowed our visit.

Like it so much ???????? ???????After drinking two glasses of Lychee Martini and a glass of Butterfly Effect, I ordered a TRUFFLED FRIED CHICKEN HALF for midnight snack~ The fried chicken and French fries are very delicious, the fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and juicy on the inside. There is also Chili Truffled Honey's slightly spicy honey truffle sauce is a big plus?? From Sunday to Thursday, there is a buy one get one promotion for some meals from 17:00-19:00! I will come here for SALT AND PEPPER CALAMARI another daySCALLION PANCAKES?

Our host Victoria was very polite and helpful. Our waitress Eleny gave us great suggestions and we had quick and great service all throughout. She made sure we had our drinks and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything.The atmosphere was vibrant and upbeat. All the staff were friendly and provided great service.The food was delicious and flavorful. The portion sizes were good.

have had previous good experiences for dinner and drinks at the bar so decided to invite friends to the lounge for my birthday! big mistake - we were one of the two groups there on a weeknight and the staff treated us like we didn’t exist, and when some of my friends tried to close out their tabs they were told we all had to pay together. When I approached one of the hosts to see if we could figure that out, as we had never started one large tab - he kept insisting that we had established it would be one tab but that was never established with me (or any of my friends). He made me feel crappy on my birthday by putting down my concerns especially when there was only one other small party in the whole bar, and then I saw a group of three of the staff whispering and pointing at my group and rolling their eyes + giving me side eye. Totally ruined my birthday vibe and made me and my friends feel weird. We ended up leaving but the rest of my night felt off and my mood was tanked. Came to have a good time and feel special and honestly felt the opposite.Dinner prior to this at the Rare Lounge was perfect and the staff there made me feel really great, complimented me, sent out dessert without us even asking! Night and day experiences.

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on some of the reviews, but I was very disappointed. The food was horrible. I've never seen so much onions in a plate of rice. I had the worse stomachache after eating there. So never again.
The food was mediocre at best. $37 sushi roll was all avocado, rice and cucumber- barely any salon. Also ordered the A5 Maki- what an absolute joke, don’t waste your money. Tik Tok chicken lacked any flavor and came out AS SOON as we ordered it (it was probably someone else’s). Service was 4/5, waiter was very nice but never offered drinks beyond initial water and never offered dessert. Definitely didn’t see the value in the money spent here.

Great food and atmosphere, minus 1 star for charging $12 for a waterEdit: we were offered sparkling or still water upon being seated. We chose still and received a large bottle of Fiji. We did not figure out that there was a charge for this until the bill came, was not aware there was a choice between tap or bottled. We knew going in this is not a cheap restaurant and had an excellent meal but the water thing came off a bit stingy

Great experience. The staff was nice; the atmosphere was great! The view was wonderful.We ordered a ton of food and everything was good.A little pricey in my opinion but the service and atmosphere made up for it.Free parking and elevator Les right next to the restaurant.I would recommend.
I had a great experience at Mystique for NYE. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. We were sat in one of their rooms toward the back which was nice to be away from the noisier bar area. Cocktails were delicious but definitely on the pricier side. My favorite dish was the Spicy Tuna Rice Bites - a must try!
