Can't follow ordering directions for food allergies, like no cheese when you're allergic. Reimbursement that doesn't include the tip for the delivery person and closing so your customer gets no dinner makes this my least fav place.

Really unpleasant experience if you're black. They will stereotype, and treat you like second class. Lady with hat ignores good mornings, will roll her eyes, turn her back on you, just act disgusted by your presence. Guy at front is okay, condescending tone at times. Overall they create a very tense atmosphere if you're not the profile they want. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to speak up. I've been to countless Paneras this is the first time I felt like I wasn't even a paying customer. If your not white, or black with a suit don't bother going here.The 2nd time I just left, dine-in was uncomfortable for no reason, all I did was pay for food. In my opinion, all paying customers who walk into your store deserve some respect. It's not a difficult concept.

This Panera is clean. Their service was fast. Food was ready in less than five minutes. Food was delicious. Made exactly how I asked. Bathrooms were really clean. And, I love Greg at the front counter. He is an absolute angel and sweetheart. Please give him a raise. He deserves it. He made my visit so much more pleasant and made my day a bit brighter with his kindness.

There was throw up in the bathroom , unprofessional and disgusting
The manager with grey hair and round glasses racially profiled my son and his friends of stealing drinks even though there advertising free drinks so they didn't know and all did it and my son was the only melinated one of the group. She stopped him and only directly asked him to pay for his drink I raised him better so he said nothing of his friends but that was racist and disgusting of her to do

I came order a soufflè when order was ready manager tells me they no longer had them when they where on display I asked what she meant as she had four of them and said because breakfast time was over she had thrown them away thrown them away!!!! I MEAN SERIOUSLY IT WAS ON THE ORDER SOMEONE WAS WILLING AND PAID FOR IT AND THEY THREW THEM AWAY THEY CHOOSE TO THROW FOOD AWAY I was really disgusted by this then no receipt for refund seriously dissapointed in Panera.
