I've had bad experiences with taco bell in general but when I went on my own time and took in a very informative menu I took one more chance and was not disappointed their tacos are pretty damn good and the Baja blast chefs kiss

Normal tb food. Fairly good service. For some reason, 80% of the time. They forget to turn on the outside lights and sign at night. Easy to miss because of this.
This store has major crater pot holes in their DT. The store needs to get those fixed asap. I had to replace my tires due to it. I been calling to talk to the manager and can never find them
The staff suck. Every time I go there, there's nobody at the front counter for almost 10 minutes at a time. And on top of that the service is really slow, last time i was there i waited 15+ minutes for a single

I was there for over 40 minutes, only 1 person making food and for drive thru only. There were 19 people at the front counter waiting for their food, the whole time I was there only 1 person got its food, there is no option to cancel after placing order online, I just left like many others, they can keep my food.
