At the window there was a very arrogant lady who treats her customers very badly. She yells at the customers. She treats them badly. She tells them bad words. I think a person with little education should not be serving in a place where many people come. I had my daughter in the car with me when she started yelling at some people before me. My Daughter was scared. It's not fair for the kids to hear those horrible words just because she's having a bad day, the other employees get scared seeing how she yells at people. I imagine that how she treats her customers she treats her employees badly. It's very bad for Wendys to have such an arrogant person in charge of her store.

This Wendy's specializes in waiting until the last possible moment to complete your order so your food gets to you cold. Twice I've ordered online and dashers cancel because the restaurant takes too long. If you door dash, make sure it's from a different location, because these bad reviews are accurate.

You could order just a water bottle and they’d still mistake your order and give you a cold, stale
First of all I love this food, but there are already 2 times that I go to buy food when I come home from work because I come hungry. But both times they gave me a cold hamburger that didn't even taste good. and today I went again and ordered the combo 8. because I like the nachos. But they gave me another different burger, all cold and the meat was to hard. It's already too much, this is the third time this has happened to me at this Wendy's. The truth is I feel disappointed with this, because if I go there it is because I like the food and I come hungry and I think this is not fair, if we are paying our money it is for something good. (Not for this type of food that has been delivered to me 3 times already) I ask the manager of this location to try to solve this. because this is not a good service. I don't want othes to have this experience..
