If I could give less than one star for food I would. I just got an egg and cheese croissant that wasn't even toasted at all, and I wrote toasted on the app. And then I took a bite out of it and got a mouthful of some type of disinfectant I am so beyond disgusted and I don't have time to go in and get another sandwich because I have to go to work. I'm glad you guys clean, but I don't want to taste it!!!!!!!!

Ordered hot latte from counter. Fortunately took sip as I walked towards door and it was cold. Told server, she took my cup, poured my coffee into the steamer cup and steamed it. It ended up warmer but it was NOT A GOOD LATTE! Not to mention the health concerns of taking my sipped coffee back into the kitchen. I am all done with DD after hundreds and hundreds of cups. Service and drink quality are way down and not worth it.Goodbye.

This is one of the better dunkins within the newbedford fairhaven area , they're usually never that packed and always been nice at the times I've gone and I haven't had a messed up order from them since they opened but I'm only speaking from my experience, the rating is based off of it being Dunkin ,all is new englanders love Dunkin but it's not a five star joint it has what we want or just enough to hold us over until we eat Eat haha but all and all this Dunkin is one of the better ones to go too , good area next to all the other shops and easy to go in and out , whoever bought that plot of land and decided to put a Dunkin their your a true business person

I have gone there multiple times and this location is absolutely TERRIBLE. I got a sausage and cheese on an English and it came uncooked and the bread wasn’t toasted at all. I couldn’t even believe it. None of the girls in there know how to follow simple directions and can’t make coffee at all I have never gotten my coffee right from there. And the woman with glasses that runs the drive thru is rude as hell and when you bring your coffee back in when it’s wrong they hand you the same coffee that you brought in back to you. I don’t know if there is a manager working there but I can’t believe that a business runs like that. Out of 10 times I went there I got the wrong thing or got terrible service every single time. If I was management I would be concerned

Nice people so I’ve hesitated to review, but it’s gotten too annoying at this point not to. 3 days this week I’ve gone and three days they have messed up my order. A couple issues I experienced was not receiving cream cheese and a bagel that wasn’t toasted, still partly frozen hash browns, not getting the donut I ordered, having a hot coffee made and not an iced, and not warming a muffin I asked to be warmed… quality control is lacking big time.

1 of the better Dunkin' Donuts around but that's not saying much. On 4 different occasions they've either forgot items or made the coffee/food incorrectly. It gets very annoying when I'm in a rush and I'm forced to park and go inside because something was wrong and have to wait for them to remake it. All 4x were in the drive thru. I'm strongly considering just going to honeydew for now on because this is getting ridiculous and I know places like Dunkin could care less about reviews because it won't affect their business but I still feel it needs to be known
