This is a hit or miss location, it pretty much depends on who makes your order. I decided to give this location a try because of a promo coupon I received in the mail. The first time was a breeze, from ordering in the app, to picking up, and the sandwiches were great. There was a nice amount of napkins in the bag as well. The second time, not that great. When I walked in to pick up my order, there were three employees chitchatting in the back. My bag was the only one in the pickup area, so I reached for it, because I didn't want to bother them, and one of the guys yelled: "Hey! Is that yours?" in a tone that implied I was trying to steal it. I said, yeah, and my name, and he just grumbled: "okay". This time the sandwiches were very skimpy and sloppy. The onions were stringy, from the outer layers. You can see it in the pictures. Not a single napkin in the bag. Both times I tipped on the app, before getting my order, the same amount. Both orders were the exact same, two of the exact same, simple sandwiches off the main menu. I won't be back any time soon, because there's no consistency in the service. Honestly, I expect much better for a $20 sandwich.To the owner: Thanks for your prompt reply, and your kind offer to comp me a sandwich, however, what I'm looking for is service that matches the prices.

If this place could ever get an order right it would be a miracle! How had it is to make a PLAIN steak sub, do you know what plain means???? 75% of the time it is made wrong unless I stand over them and watch them!This is not rocket science, try listening and maybe have a personality while waiting on people!Not once was I ever offered anything for making the sub wrong.This might have been your last shot!

I have gone to this location many times and the workers are always pleasant. However, I am now on notice for something I never made a note of before. When prepping my sandwich, the worker took a minute to start taking slips off the machine, grabbing bags to set up these to-go orders, picked up things near the register (I didn’t see what they were), and then came back to put the toppings on my sandwich. I paused and then realized he wasn’t going to change his gloves. When I asked that he change his gloves, his response was, “Why?” I explained that his gloves were no longer clean after touching so many things and that I work in an infection control-type environment.He did change his gloves (did not wash his hands between), and then made my sandwich. I noted the female worker took my payment wearing gloves and I did not stick around to see if she changed her gloves before going back to make sandwiches.It’s clear that none of the workers have been educated on infection control and cross contamination. We’re deep into flu season and COVID will forever be around. Blew my mind that I never picked up on it, but now that I know, I will no longer eat at this establishment.

A bit pricy but the steak and cheese is one of the best I've ever had hands down. I've been their more than a handful of times since opening and have not been disappointed yet.

It's alright but overpriced for what you get in my opinion. A sub is a sub, a sandwich shop is a sandwich shop. I just can't see how they are using any special ingredients that would make such an overpriced sandwich.
