The last time I went there with a friend of mine about a month ago, our waiter barely spoke to us or even looked at us for that matter and he had a whole other waitress bring out our food and we all just exchanged awkward looks? it honestly felt personal, but we still had a good time either way lol it was an older gentleman with a short military style type haircut. Doesn’t seem too enthusiastic about the job

The food was great. The bartender was great. The food tasted fine, but...$16.00 for an order of bone in chicken wings, we got 7 on the plate served to us... Again the food tasted good but 4 beers nachos and 1 order of wings almost $80.00 seems a little

We went to Barrett’s for a last minute Valentine’s dinner. We were surprised to see Filet on the Valentine’s menu, so we both ordered it. My wife ordered her Filet medium rare, while I ordered mine medium well. The plates came with asparagus and baked potato with bacon and cheese. Our expectations were low because Barrett’s is a franchise and plates were $30 each. My cut of filet was over cooked, while my wife’s was cooked as requested. The asparagus was way overcooked and the baked potatoes were typical franchise baked potatoes. The meals came with a dessert which was chocolate covered strawberries and weird jimmy covered truffle balls with whipped cream on we the side. The food quality was under our expectations. I was surprised to see they had Truly on tap (berry flavor) which was fresh! I also ordered a green tea shot, which was well made. Don’t judge me, it was a rough week. Long story short, if you stick to the standard menu, it will probably meet your expectations. If you venture outside the norm, you’ll probably be disappointed.

Haven't been to Barrett's Ale House in years because it wasn't as welcoming and clean as it should have been. We returned to see if there's been an improvement and I'm happy to say they have! We went in for the Greek pizza and the fish and chips. Jayda, our waitress was very nice and efficient as she was very attentive. The fish and chips were very delicious and fresh. A light batter, which I always look for and the pizza was amazing! Our first time trying this and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend. We will be sure to return!
Prices on ALL food were raised 3.99 for every meal. Why? Ask them if you visit.Lately, since Bobbi has been back, everything is improving.

Random night down south to get some ice roll but thought to bring the family for food before dessert. I love the Bridgewater location so why not try here? The server seemed to either not want to be there or didn’t want to serve us but even my 14 year old daughter asked why was he so rude. Otherwise the food was pretty good other than the chicken parm egg rolls which were disgusting and overpriced. I sadly would rather try somewhere else if ever in town and hungry again.

We came in at 6pm to a very busy waiting area. The host told us 35 min wait. The text we recieved said 45 min wait. After 50 mins we went back to ask when we would be seated. They said another 10 mins. When we were finally seated we were greeted by the lovely Bella. She was so apologetic for the wait. We placed our food order and waited another 45 mins for food. Bella again was very apologetic. I will say the food was really good! The wait estimates need some work. Would have been 5 stars if not for the wait. Bella was also 5 stars!
