Made a delivery. Only about 11/2 HR. Only thing lights on wall were red then change to green but still unloading me. Good thing I check. Told lady and look like she didn't give a care. Told her Somone going to get hurt

truck driver who comes to load at this place has to come prepared to wait 10 hours or more, I had the appointment for 1 pm but I had to wait for a call until midnight, it's a disaster

I have an appointment for 2 pm on 10/7/2022 and it's already 3 am on 10/8/2022 and they still haven't finished loading I arrived an hour before my appointment and I've been waiting 13 hours, please drivers do not come to these places these mistreated if our service is nobody they have no professional ethics here and much less respect for the carriers thank you

Bount Fine foods puts a lot of stress on their employees and the management style is passive aggressive. They would rather mock you behind your back vs making the time to sit down and talk things out. Some people seem genuine while others could care less. I don't feel targeted personally but I noticed others resentful towards one another at times. There's a lot of whispering Confusing, unhealthy work environment, and directions are unclear or misleading. The president seems jovial and the food is ok.

Blount is a horrible place to apply for employment. They like to play mind games. They call frequently to ensure you attend orientation and send you for drug test then call you 2 days prior to rescind the offer. The Human Resources department are completely unprofessional and unknowledgable.

Lory, Dave and Roy Are awesome people I had to wait six hours because my load wasn’t ready and I was told this In the beginning so I knew what I’m waiting for but this guy treated me with some hot food coffee And they was really sorry about this is happening to me so1000stars for this people and facility !!!! Thank you guys!!!

Worst place to work I made a complaint against my supervisor and he had it out for me ever since he read his email then and a week later I get fired for asking him to do his job and get me some help in pack out 1st shift supervisor is useless does nothing always outside on his phone or out back sitting in his truck never doing wat a supervisor should be doing I would not recommend anyone get a job at Blount fine foods
