I went to this Plymouth avenue Burger King drive through at 11pm last night on February 1st 2024 and I was completely satisfied with my order (two whopper meals and two double cheeseburgers). All four burgers were warm, thick and delicious, the French fries were warm and tasty, the onions, lettuce and tomatoes on the whoppers were fresh, the cheese burgers had plenty of meat and cheese, great deal for only $2 a piece. The burgers were wrapped to perfection and were absolutely tasty and delicious.It was so nice to see that this Burger King at 66 Plymouth avenue in FallRiver understands the meaning of customer service and satisfaction.Hopefully, the crew who served me at 11pm last night gets the attention they so deserve for making my stop a delightful one.Because of these fine people who care about their job and the customer, I will be back again.Thank you, from a completely satisfied customer!!Richard Botelho
I walk through the side door at 11:30pm to order food and the woman said “I don’t know how you got in, but you need to leave. That door was locked!!!” Door was open and their dinning room hrs are advertised they are open till 1am. I left and I will never return. I wanted a burger not a problem!! I advise everyone to use another Burger King because they are not very friendly there ?

Dear burgerking please ur greeting phrase is so stupid that by the time the cashier done saying you rule welcome to burger King were we only serve fresh hot food how can we serve you today the customer will be sleeping . takes time out of ordering takes times it's a fast food place why not just say welcome to burgerking can I take ur order. Stupid things the corporate have you guy say and do .the food is frozen off the truck everything is frozen when you get the shipment except buns so nothing isn't really fresh when it sits in the warehouse for months even weeks at a time so ur logo is trash ...... sincerely customer o and please do sumthing about the nasty cheap carbonated sodas it taste like the bottom if the sink when u let it stand for 10 mins it goes flat its nasty
