Just got my online order and i’m beyond disappointed. I asked for steak they gave me half stake half chicken. I asked for Queso Blanco, there was no queso blanco. But the worst was they put 3 lettuce leaves. How is that possible??? 3??? They’re great in person but don’t do online orders. That happened to me before and i should’ve learned my lesson and not order again.

This establishment is absolutely filthy not only is their old type of food all over the counter. They’re serving us the food from there’s a nasty food all over the floor and all over the place in the background not to mention all the dirty dishes and if that’s not enough, they give you bad burnt bottom of the barrel food I paid $15 until I get a bowl the hell would anybody pay for anything like that it needs to be shut down or New employees need to be hired as soon as possible. I’m about 10 minutes from the Board of Health. My bowl was free and I still wouldn’t eat from there

I love this chipotle location. But they are extremely lazy and especially they always close their location at least two hours before the official closing. They usually close at 9 o’clock but I usually see them closing up at like 7 o’clock 730. Extremely low work
I love the food here...BUT...I don't like leaving bad reviews however this is the 2nd time going to this location & there is one girl employee in particular (girl w/ red in her long hair) that is so rude...she was literally rolling her eyes, huffing & puffing while I was ordering...I ate inside & saw her do the same thing to other customers...it was honestly unbelievable...I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but she needs a lesson in customer service...I avoid this location now

I wish I could leave a zero star review because a one star is too generous. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I have been to 4-5 different ones, and this place is terrible. I have given this place way too many chances and every time it’s worse and worse. Food cold, terrible portion size, food just thrown in the bowl without a care, and order always wrong. Manager needs to rethink who’s working there. I’ll never go back until something is done.

I've been to many Chipotles around the country but this location has to be the worst in terms of food quality time and time again I've always received over and under cooked rice nasty protein choices that are burnt or have been sitting for a while and extremely dry burritos and quesadillas even today we gave it another try and the order was messed up and my quesadillas felt and looked as if it fell under the stove for 2 days was picked up and served the app gave us a refund thankfully i have no complaints for the crew though they give me decent customers serviceedit: also portion sizes are weird here this is some of the smallest portions out of all the chipotles I've been too i wouldn't recommend coming to this location just skip it and go to the Dartmouth or seekonk location

I don’t know how this place is still in business. My burrito is smaller than my fist, it looks flat (nothing in it), and I asked for chips, queso, salsa, and hot sauce, which I did not receive. This will be my last visit.
