I just went through the drive through and got denied food because they said they're low staffed. I barely ate today and wanted something quick and they said they couldn't. 2 out of 5

Listen, I don't expect employees to perform a song and dance for me, but at the bare minimum, you do need to acknowledge my presence when I'm standing in front of your register. 6 employees on a nonbusy moring and you still made me wait 10 minutes for my MOBILE ORDER because it wasn't finished and not at the mobile order station.
