Don’t order something that might “piss off” an employee even though you’re paying for a service! I ordered an English with double egg and asked if they can butter it because some Dunkin’s just throw the butter in the bag. I guess they didn’t like that so they decided to slap butter on the outside of the English muffin instead of inside the actual sandwich. So the bread was soggy and covered in butter all except the inside. Smh ??♀️. A different day I went in there and I saw an employee, get the mixing spoon that is mixed for drinks, try and unclog the drain , that catches cold coffee from the taps, WITH THE MIXING SPOON. ? ?. Then I said, are you gonna use that? The other lady “cleaned” the spoon then put it back in the cup were the dirty one was ?? . I think they are not trained and do not know about cross contamination! I don’t think I’ll be spending my money here anymore. Tried to call about the sandwich isssue but what do you know, they had the phone off so I called corporate.

Worst dunkin in the city and that’s saying a lot considering this is Fall River. Waited for over ten minutes in the drive through line with 1 vehicle in front of me. Had to leave line and not get my coffee or food. I would have been late for a meeting. Stuff is also consistently arguing. Does not help the poor service at all… get it together

Place went down hill Again .. an after a remodel yet ..waited 13 mins in line before the line moved in drive threw an 3 cars infront of me didnt move either a worker was standing at back door saying I dont care theirs a line up the street I'm taken my break .. so I blared my music an horn till the line

They were very busy, but I feel like if they were not arguing they would have got a lot more done in the amount of time I was there for two ice coffees. They locked the doors so no other walk in could come in, there were so many employees on there should have not been a issue to where they had to close the doors. I usually will drive out of my way to go to another Dunkin but I was dropping a friend off so that's the only reason I went to this location and once again I was disappointed.
