After waiting forever, they gave me the wrong drink, I waited for them to remake it, only to drive away and realize it was still wrong. I ordered a normal caramel latte, first they handed me mocha, and what I would up with was a coffee. I find Dunkin' coffee extremely watery that's why I paid for the latte (I know because it was $12 for one drink and 4 donuts), but I didn't even get a receipt to fix the order or file a complaint. Never going to this one again.

Mostly a drive through customer., My matcha is ALWAYS made ? yummy! I love the croissant sandwich it's made perfect crispy bacon and everything. The people at the window are VERY pleasant. Thanks guys for making my mornings an awesome start to my day!!!??

I’d give no stars if could! This place is horrible! They either don’t know what they are doing or they are robbing you by not giving back your change and arguing they don’t owe you change or taking your points and charging you anyway when you call and talk to upper management they try to dance around giving you what they literally took from you and when they finally agree it’s was their mistakes ( there’s been a few) they send you a gift card for less then they robbed you for in the first place! I will never go here again I don’t trust them! Probably pocketing what they steal from each of us I will bring my visitors a place with better customer service better management who I can trust!

Busy busy too busy. Really needed to get through quickly but not that possible here. Had a list of items to TCB on, missed my love bets, only able to get an iced dark roast after a bit of a wait and lot of maryjane smell in the place. Not that comfortable for me, bathrooms were not on par with other local spots so grabbed that iced coffee and no honey crullers available so left a bit disappointed and uncomfortable.

Place is horrible while the drive-through is wrapped around the thebuilding and the inside is packed with people they just talk to customers and work really slow and pay 0 attention to customers waiting

I often have no choice but to use this Dunkin as I have to have others pick up for me and this is the one they happen to pass on the way to my house as I use Mobile Ordering. Let me just say, THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE DONUTS AND OFTEN ANY OTHER FOOD ITEMS!!! Then people will use the excuse of how small the food items are listed or how they are printed. NO EXCUSE! That should just make u more carefully observant, not to mention there are many other Dunkins and they dont seem to ALWAYS forget the donut or food items! Because of this one Dunkin I am probably owed about 2 and half to 3 DOZEN donuts. I didn't used to put in a complaint with with the apps customer care as it was usually only a couple bucks. But today was the last time, especially nowadays with the rise of inflations, every penny really counts.I just don't get WHY MANY AT THIS DUNKIN CANT SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT. I wish I had another Dunkin on the way to my home so I could send my order elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not just 1 is because there are some people there I do like that do work hard and I am grateful to even have the options we have these days.
