Unfortunately, this is the one down the street from my work. There is almost always a problem with my orders. The last three times it was the wrong number of munchkins. Which you wouldn’t think is a big deal. Until you realize I’m getting these for toddlers that are each allowed a certain number. When that number isn’t fulfilled or is different, absolute chaos ensues. So it really grinds my gears to know that I’m paying someone else to make my job more difficult. I mean, is it really that hard to count to 50? I teach my kids numbers every day and, so far, they can count up to 100. Maybe Dunkin’s should hire toddlers. Just a thought.Parking: The lot is tiny, odd shaped and difficult to find spots. The drive thru isn't any better either. It's best to come in from the Bedford St side.

Every time you walk in there, you got the floor ofbarba bums in there. Sleeping, they got their own table. And it's not fair, they hang out there. And when the cashier makes a mistake, they get for a scrap on whatever makes a mistake.Parking: Plenty Parking space. in the plaza

I don't get food here often because there's no parking spots. Seriously, they have like 5 spots and 1 of them is hanicapped. The drive thru line is always into the main street too, blocking traffic. I usually go to Quarry.

Honestly really enjoy this Dunkin', might be my favorite in the city. Manager Marissa runs this operation like the navy. Quick, efficient, always in-and-out service. She will often crack a joke with you while you are there too. Occasionally when I visit there is a weird man who tries to talk to me or follow me through the store and the manager is never afraid to walk up to him to get him to leave me alone.

Ordered there a lot. They make a lot of mistakes. Yesterday my brother ordered a cappuccino. They gave us only a cup of milk. My brother went to fix it. Got home the 2nd cup they gave him also had no coffee only milk. If you can not even put coffee in your coffee drinks yet charge people full prices try another job then.
Dunkin donuts ? is a convient place for people because they are everywhere. They do have some good coffee IF and when it's made as requested. Sometimes the donuts are hard depending on what location it is. A lot of the time many Dunkin donuts have slow service then again sometims they have fast and accurate, friendly service. Honestly if I were to choose a coffee shop,I would go with Marylou's. I would not recommend Dunkin donuts. And a suggestion for Dunkin donuts- I suggest they hire better managers and reassess the service they provide.
No Nope
Fast , friendly and the coffee is delicious.

This Dunkin donuts has gone down hill. I would be ashamed if I was the owner. The evening is party time for the workers who are kids that invite there friends instead of working. No supervision. Horrible service. Long waits. I will not be coming back.

In the past this was always my go to Dunkin, however after numerous rude visits I've had to change my preferences. The food and prices are fine as most Dunkin's are, however this location has quite a few rude employees who will quite vocally exclaim how you didn't order what you said in the drive through. I'm human, I understand mistakes and not hearing right on the headset, 100% understand, but yelling and cursing as if I accused you of murder? Unnecessary. If you want good Dunkin service I'd recommend any other location. Perhaps the Milliken Blvd location where they always treat you like family would be best.
