Rude, racist, and discriminating staff. It's one thing asking someone to leave with a valid reason... it's another to lie and tell them it's because they bought nothing... felt targeted being a paying disabled American citizen. The only other person asked to leave was darker skinned. That shows racism in the staff. Others were there just as long and bought nothing. I also noticed four or five of the staff members standing around talking and only one person actually working the drive though. Corporate should address these issues and "trim the fat". unfriendly lying or racist staff drive off alot of business. Paying workers to stand and talk amongst themselves, while one person works the drive though costs the company alot of unnecessary $ especially if they're also making paying customers uncomfortable

The woman taking our order was not very friendly and very very distracted by her phone, actually trying to have a conversation with someone on her phone, while it was on speaker! So of course our order was wrong. Kept having to go back up and ask for corrections. But to top it off she tried to say that we made the mistake. Really? We gave you the wrong order? It couldn't have been the person distracted by their phone, ?. Then someone in our group went up to ask for a stirrer, they said "oh we don't have those", we had to point them out to her.. they were right behind the counter!! We'll probably avoid going there again.

Very busy place but the one on Milliken boulevard usually makes the donuts with me even though they don't make them anymore so I appreciate them for that it's a plain donut with chocolate frosted they do make them for me but they don't make em any more to sell on the shelves but they did for me so I appreciate it that's
