Dunkin'

Missing item. Clerk gave me attitude and repeatedly questioned my order. Some hash browns were burned & the rest were hard to chew. Asked for napkins (none were in bags) and was told they were on bag. I said there are none, may I have a couple. She grabbed bag looked in and then gave me 1 napkin. I wasn't upset but her attitude was wrong/bad.

This has become my favorite Dunkin in Fall River. I’m crossing my fingers that it stays that way.Everyday I stop in before work and get my latte. It’s always made correctly and quickly, wether if I order on the go or order inside. The staff is efficient and very kind. They never have a long line to wait in either. I've been in here a handful of times in the morning on my way to work. There is no drive-through, but the reason I stopped here is because it tends to be MUCH less crowded than every other dunkin's on my route - and I'm not usually ahead of schedule, so my main priority is speed. This place is always speedy on the mornings I've been in, and I've never had an issue with my order, though I must say, I don't think I ever ordered a coffee from here.
