I have known Gerry for years and I asked him to cater a wedding breakfast for my daughter this past Friday. He did not disappoint. The whole bridal party enjoyed everything he prepared and he even brought me a little surprise.

Excellent presentation and attention to detail. We got a catered boxed lunch from them at work. My lunch was a turkey, lettuce, and tomato on a tomato wrap. Chips, Milano cookies, and a fruit cup salad were also included. I liked how they included condiments. Plastic utensils and napkins, too. It was very good, fresh and high quality ingredients. I also loved the website and what they have to offer with pastries and wedding cakes. Recommended.

I would so like to have given the food from this restaurant five stars. Unfortunately I placed this order to be delivered on Saturday which was the day before Valentine's Day. It was breakfast, lunch and dinner for two that was restaurant style food. Mike loves to go out to dinner and really misses that kind of food. So I thought that this would be a special thing for him and when I explained it to him after he really thought it was a great idea. Unfortunately the food was supposed to come Saturday between one and four in the afternoon and it didn't. So I went out and bought seafood and a bunch of desserts and goodies that he likes so that he would have something on Valentine's Day as the meals were his gift. So I spent a lot of money on the seafood and other goodies and lo and behold on Valentine's Day, which was the next day, we went out in the morning for a drive. When we got back there was a box on the front step from Edible Creations. I don't know how long it was out there but fortunately it was a cold day so we weren't worry about food spoiling. Unfortunately we had seafood to cook and eat while it was still fresh. We took the meals and desserts from and put them in our back hallway which is quite cold. And we took the next couple of days to eat all of it despite the fact that we did have leftover seafood so it was kind of a little mixed up thing going on. I have to say that that food I ordered was absolutely delicious. The quantity of food as far as the meal sizes was amazing. I ordered two breakfasts which included pancakes, sausage, eggs and home fries. It was perfect for a meal for one. Mike ate part of mine which is typical and he really enjoyed the breakfast. After breakfast we had cinnamon rolls that I had ordered. Mike is a big fan of cinnamon rolls. These were absolutely amazing. And they were six full-size cinnamon rolls. When I ordered six and I think that was the minimum you could order I expected to have small catered buffet size pastries. They instead were a full-size cinnamon roll covered in caramel and nuts. He was absolutely crazy about them and I liked them as well. I ordered him a chicken pot pie for lunch. I don't like chicken pot pie but he loves it so this was a great way for me to get him what he likes without having to cook it. It was a full 9 inch or 10 inch pie. It was about 2 inches thick and so thick that it took ages in the oven at a low heat for it to heat through, it was fully cooked. For dessert for his lunch I ordered apple turnovers. Again I was expecting to get small catered size turnovers which would've been fine because I had to order six again. They were full size turnovers and they were just incredible. I didn't expect to get this much food in this quality of food not having tried them before. And for dinner I ordered Thanksgiving dinner for Mike which he loves and chicken Parm and pasta for me. They were two full meals. I ate some of mine for dinner and Mike ate the rest of the following day. I had to cut up the chicken pot pie and put it into meal size bags in the freezer so that Mike could take them out and enjoy them whenever he wanted them. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing. I can't say it enough. And the price was just incredible. With tax it was $117 for all of that oh and I forgot the individual cheesecakes that we got for dessert after dinner. I ordered those separately and they were delicious. If you order more than $50 worth they will deliver for free and they only deliver three days a week so you have to be careful for that. Their website is easy to negotiate. I just wish there was some communication. They didn't deliver it the day they were supposed to and they never notified me. They delivered it the next day and left it on the front step not even knowing if I was going to be home. Not one word have I heard from them since then apologizing for the delay. I just don't understand it. But I would definitely sort this out and order from them again and again and again.

Hired Gerry for my work holiday party at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick! He was great. Prompt, the food was tasty and stayed warm the entire morning and he was very accommodating!! Highly recommend him!!!
We used the catering services by Edible Creations to provide lunch on board the battleship MASSACHUSETTS at Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA on 3 August. We ordered over 100 deli sandwiches plus salads, chips and drinks for our reunion attendees. Out interaction with their representative was good but we were disappointed with the end results. On the pro side, they were fully prepared by our start time of 12:00 and some of our attendees qued up and starting eating right away. The salads were great and the drinks were as advertised. On the con side, we thought we were getting a deli type sandwich for our choices. The Italian sandwich was on a deli style roll, however, the turkey and roast beef sandwiches were on plain white bread which we were not expecting. Our attendees did not enjoy them particularly because of what we paid for them. We had some stragglers get there late and they had to make additional sandwiches to accommodate them, but again, on plain white bread which no one regarded as a "deli type" sandwich. Also, we had ordered a garden salad for an attendee who had specific food allergies and it was not provided as indicated in the invoice. All in all, we're only giving them 3 stars for their promptness and readiness to feed our over 100 attendees but were not at all delighted with the quality of the sandwiches provided.

Had Gerry cater a Homebuyer Seminar. This was the first time that have tried anything other than desserts and I was blown away. Gerry can do it all! Everyone loved the sandwiches and wraps as well as the sides. Also, the brownie cookies were to die for. I highly recommend Gerry for all of your catering and/or dessert needs!
