Is this place EVER open? Every time I want to go there, It's closed for some reason or another.

This is such a beautiful building with amazing gift shop. There is so much history in this town, and the people here are happy to share about how this area was a textile boomtown from 1865-1923 benefiting from the southern US cotton production. There are also many absolutely gorgeous old, preserved homes and buildings in this town. Well worth a diversion to visit if you happen to be driving by!

I absolutely love going there it’s got a lot of Fall River history and books. And the staff is very knowledgeable. I been going there since I was 12 (1992 I love history and especially my city’s history) and I’m 43 and I still go and can spend hours just reading the books and buying them! If you ever get the chance I’d suggest you check it out! What is it going to hurt? Know your city’s history and see the beautiful tour (sometimes they have Lizzie Bordens memorabilia or they did when I was a kid, you can always call) it’s a must see!!

Danielle gave an awesome tour of the society, very detailed and authentic! Danielle dispelled a lot of myths that the bogus tour guide at the Borden House gave. If you want the real facts about Lizzie, Danielle and the Fall River Society is the way to go!

Utilized NARM membership for free admission. Was nice to get a tour of the mansion and hear the history of the house. Unfortunately, there were renovations going on so my tour group was not able to explore the whole house. Lots of Lizzie Borden memorabilia. Will go back around Christmas time to see the trees ?

If you're anywhere near the Fall River area this is a must. House is stunningly beautiful. Tour guide clearly loves her job, so informative in a friendly easy to listen to way. Answered all of our questions and gave us lots of extra information. Gave us directions to all the Lizzie Borden sights and restaurant recommendations.

Four rooms in a Victorian home, lots of standing, listening to information about items in the rooms.Knowledgeable young lady presented the tour.

Great customer service and tour provided by all employees. Danielle was our guide for the Lizzie Borden exhibit and has a wonderful extensive knowledge of facts pertaining to the boarding case. Staff went above and beyond in accommodating our needs for a very short notice trip.

It was so extraordinary and remarkable I never believe it works this way, I was very doubtful about Forex trading but I decided to risk my $500 with Mrs Gabriella Donald a skilled broker in Forex Trading, when I saw testimonies of people on how he help them earn through the market, I was very skeptical and he proved me wrong when I made a successful withdrawal of $6,900 and I'm so happy now! goodbye to scammers. Mrs Gabriella Donald is super trustworthy, honest and a professional in Forex/binary trading, hit him up directly to set up trade(s) for you. Email; [email protected] Whats-app; +1 423-597-3142

The guide was informative, but the museum itself was very limited due to the second and third floor being closed for renovations. The major turn-off for me was that it was the first time in a museum, and I have been to the Breakers and Marble House in Newport, Linden Place in Bristol, and the Lizzie Borden Museum, where I was not allowed to take pictures "for insurance reasons." I would say that for the price of admission, that you would be much better off going to the other places that I have mentioned.

A wonderful historical house at the top of the hill in Fall River. A special gift shop is also in the building.

The historical society is simply gorgeous. The volunteers there are such kind people. Thank you for everything you guys do and all the hard work you do to keep it going throughout the years. My grandmother and I have been going here since I was a little one and our tradition going there on Friday the day after thanks giving to get a beautiful ornament has been going on since I was 6 yrs old (25 years)! The historical society has always held mine and my grandmother's heart.

Great tour of a beautiful house with lots of history shared. Tour reasonably priced. Largest collection of Lizzie memorabilia. Unfortunately they don’t allow pictures. Gift shop is well stocked with cool stuff.
