Ordered the 8 piece meal. Paid $31. Only received 4 thighs 2 tiny wings &drum sticks.Where are the chicken breast for that kind of money.

This by far was the worst meal ever had there. The chicken was very greasy and burnt. It is like someone opend a completely box on it. The salt was it for us. At the prices that are being charged, the manager needs to look into it because over $50 went in the trash.we will not be going there anytime soon.

When to order tonight at the drive thru the first young who was taking my order was very nice but then another young man interrupted my order asking in an extremely rude tone how many sandwiches total I wanted, like my order wasn’t clear (which it definitely was.) I replied and then my total popped on the screen and there was no reply or even a question asking if my order was complete. I knew right then that it would be worth my money. So I drove over the bridge to Somerset location food was amazing and so was the customer service. It was definitely worth the drive! Go Somerset KFC for treating your customers right!

If I could give a zero I would the hm shouldn’t have the position I had issue with food showed them my Apple Pay showing how much and when it was they gave me wrong sides an I ordered a 8 piece tender they gave me 4 so the gm shouldn’t have her job I will never eat there again
Management here is despicable, namely Michelle, very rude and short with staff as well as patrons. Manager Jenna is very sweet and concerned about patrons and staff alike. Mostly decent food , as long as you don't get Michelle.Dietary restrictions: There is a menu with all calorie and dietary information which is helpful.

I just at KFC Nov 7, wow no more cashiers, large ordering touch screens. One of twoMachines did not work, I order the bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and chicken. The mashed potatoes was so water down, what happen to them mashed potatoes, I will never order one these bowls again. This used me my favorite, terrible, terrible taste. What happen. Wow.
