Very disrespectful and disappointing service.Staff were rude , slow , and impatient.Food was old stale and staff would not remake food, or give refund.Will NEVER go there again.

Don't go there for breakfast around 5am with no customers. I ordered one steak egg and cheese bagel, substitute the folded egg for round egg. 10 mins later I got a steak egg and cheese MUFFIN with the folded egg. So I said it was incorrect.Waited another 10 minutes it was correct but essentially deconstructed in the sandwich wrapper. For $7+ for ONE SANDWHICH, that can't even be made correctly, or remotely neat is disgusting. Then to have attitude from the employees because they can't read.All set with McDonald's in total. I used to work at mcdonalds 20+ years ago. I know its not all sunshine and rainbows. So i try to be extra polite and chill whenever i go to any fast food place, but the abuse and food absolutely isn't worth the money or time. They should be paying their customers to be putting up with the emotionless brainless zombies they hire and call employees

Normally like this McDonald’s. Today placed an order on door dash. First driver stole the food. Second driver went to get a new order and then McDonald’s canceled it on us. An hour later, no food.

I had the worst excuse for a menu last night if the bruins need hockey pucks they should go to you get whoever is what you call a cook off the grill I am a cook for 30 years and I was looking forward for a double quarter pounder with cheese and I got 2 hockey pucks please help your team and get that person on dishes cuz he is no cook sorry for being a pain but I have been sick all night and day thanks for hiring whoever made me sick I'm sure Roland would be happy have a great day and you lose a loyal customer maybe they should hire me I have over 25 years of experience in the restaurant business and I can cook thanks again for making me sick go Wendy's

They lock the door between 2:40 and 4. Most likely to avoid the traffic from kids getting out of the nearby highschool. Without a car you're forced to wait or place your order online (which costs more). I'm a grown a$$ man who refuses to pay extra for your convenience. KMA!!!

The guy working around 2am-3am Feb 21st was extremely rude. I’ve worked at 24 hr McDonald’s before and I’ve never heard of not taking orders due to scheduled maintenance.

Is McDonald's so you know the service is minimal at best, and the food is loaded with preservatives so every person eating it is slowly picking themselves, but I mean who doesn't love a chicken nugget. This particular location is right next to Durfee highschool and because of recent violence from the students and regular teenagers just hanging about they lock the doors between 330 and 430 everyday. Eat here at you own risk of you dare.
