This location is awful! I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order, Also when I pulled up to the speaker they said, *I’ll be right with you!* They also said we have no frappes. Also the guy that came out was fresh. I asked, Are u the guy who brings food out and he says *Thats my job* in a fresh way. Very bad review

So I live nearby go there more than I should so here are the true facts of this place. They have a staff problem where they have four or five people I see working their butt off and so far the rest are hit or miss. Considering how often I go and how often I ask for things added or removed from basic orders they seem to be pretty accurate only messed up a few times and I have been going for a few years. The new remodel has significantly made me wait longer to order if I pay at the counter because they don't always notice you. I don't use the drive through but when there's a normal rush aka dinner lunch or breakfast I usually see one car waiting near the door to keep the line moving take that as you will. Overall I would say it is better than the average Mc Donald's but the miss staff and wait that came with the remodel holds it back from being the best McDonald's I have been to.
This location is the worst in consistency. We always order a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and sometimes they are great and sometimes awful like today. The English muffins were obviously stale before they toasted them making for an inedible sandwich. Plus it appeared they just threw them together with the egg and cheese sticking out of the muffin and most of the cheese stuck to the wrappers.

I was at this location today to get an ice coffee. I waited probably 10 mins for someone to serve me but I could see that the back kitchen was very busy and there were cars in the drive thru line. A young woman came out of the kitchen and told me she would be right with me. Then the manager came out, a wonderful, friendly man, who took my order. He was so calm and hospitable there was no way I could’ve complained about my wait! I wanted to write a review to say I appreciated the young lady as well as her manager. I imagine their jobs are not easy in those busy moments.

I was in this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order.. waited at the pick up area for 10 minutes, nobody came to help me so I went to the register for another 5 minutes and an employee with an arm in a sling told me to go wait at the pick up line and I had already let him know that I was already there and he said "I would've gotten that for you if you were waiting there" even though I know he saw me there and continued to refuse to give me the order still. Ridiculous. I had to get another person to help me for this order. Unbelievable.
I used the drive through it was quick but I was the only one in line at the time and that was around 9am on a Saturday morning, I ordered a steak egg and cheese on a English muffin with a hash brown and an orange juice and it was really good the cost was between $11 & $12 if I remember correctly? But I don't eat fast food that often I'm giving the atmosphere 5 starts because a time I had went there a while back with my wife in the morning as well the man working at the order counter was really nice and we got our order fast and to go so it was great.

I'm extremely picky about my Mc Chickens and this McDonald's made it perfect!! All of the workers were super polite, friendly and I got my sandwich fast. Highly recommend anyone to come to this McDonald's :)

this mcdonalds sucks!! their dining room says they close at 11, so i get there around 10:30 ish. walk in and to not bother the employees i go to the kiosk. 2 minutes later employee yells from the kitchen that they ate not open only drive thru. id that was the case they should've closed the doors!! second every time i walk on there during the day it takes me at least 25 minutes to get my food and if i don't do the kiosk myself all the employee act like you’re not there. it seems there drive thur is more important than the front!!

Not sure if she was talking about me or another person but one of the over the bmi normal employees straight up out loud said me or another customer looks like a “straight skeleton” I just think it’s weird to be openly talking badly about other people while you should be working and worrying about your own higher than average bmi.
