Most McDonald's are fine , I gave four stars because always when a customer ask about a food which not on the right time for them they say it's breakfast for example if you need something which are lunch , I mean you cannot order your favorite food anytime. It's according to McDonald's menu time

Was asked to park car when went through drive thru when I was the only one in line ordering food I complained to the Supervisor via email and the response was they are supposed to ask cars to park and wait even if your the only one in line lmao what’s the point of a drive thru then change to curbside what a joke I’ll go to Burger King instead

This McDonald's is one of the better ones out of the 3 in the city. Service is usually quick and food is usually correct as well as it being clean inside and in the parking lot.
The fries were awful hard and so cold burnt. It's always like that at this McDonald's. I won't go back to that 1 again. The girls r pleasant and polite that's the only good thing also my cheeseburger wasn't wrap so when I took it out it fell into my lap not good.

This is one of the better McDonald's in the area in terms of service and food quality. They need to work on their speed. It takes too long to push orders out of the drive through window. In general the staff is polite and they try to be efficient.

Slow! Parked me and then came out and asked what I ordered because they cleared my order off the screen and forgot what it was. Then finally got my order and it was missing things like sauce for nuggets and straws !!!!!! Got three drinks no straws!! Waited all that time and still got things wrong and messed up.

Tried to order with the app fr their parking lot but it didn't work kept coming up "something went wrong" so I tried 3 more times to no avail. Ordered from the kiosk 2 fish filets and a large fry for $13! Asked for "lite tarter sauce" on both and both were drenched with it and it seemed a lot smaller then it used to be and we're cold.The "large fries" were cold and the size of what was "medium". Very disappointing.
