I picked up what I thought was my order with my name on it and the receipt that had my order BUT…had someone else’s sandwich in the bag.They call me and said I took the wrong bag.Nope! I took the bag with my name on it. You had the wrong order and wrong receipt attached.No apologies. Nothing.

Not accepting coupons, drink machine out of order, employee put the wrong toppings on the sub and then scraped them back off (adding them back into the bins). Hopefully the next person who orders lettuce doesn’t mind the cheese that’s melted on it.. They are clearly not following ServeSafe practices here when it comes to cross contamination..

Terrible service. Ordered through the app at 12:10 said it would be done by 12:35. Got there and waited and waited and waited. Lobby was cleaned out twice with people just walking in and my order was neglected. Finally had enough and asked where my oder was. Finally got it at 12:50 wpth a bunch of excuses. Isn't the point of online supposed to be more convenient? I could've just walked in and gotteny order done 20 minutes quicker. Absolute joke.
