Excellent service and even better food. It was somewhat cold and drizzling so no outside dining but great views of the seaside, battleship cove and Braga Bridge. Had the stuffed quahogs for appetizer. Oh so good. The main course was the Cove Cod. Superb!!! Cooked fresh cod, succulent throughout with red potato halves, littlenecks, onions, bell peppers and diced chouriço in a delicious properly balanced spicy wine broth. Did I mentioned it was excellent. My wife had the grilled swordfish and our friends had the blackened salmon and Portuguese steak. All were superb by the comments of each. Highly recommend. The only negative at the moment, there is construction and one way traffic for several miles. Pay attention for the entry to the parking area. With the construction it is difficult to distinguish. If it is missed the only option is to go around again and it will take several miles.Parking: Current construction on road makes the parking lot entrance difficult to distinguish. Pay attention. Currently one way traffic with lot of construction activity. If the entrance to parking is missed no alternative to going around and that takes several miles.

Amazing food selections. The butternut risotto is absolutely mouth-watering. ? Great service as well. Can't beat the harbor views, and the spacious nature of the layout. Almost feels like you're on an actual boat deck, lol. This was my second time there, definitely headed back in the Summer.

A very nice place to take a date. The menu was kind of limited, but the food was good. Eating, looking out over the water was wonderful.

I came here for dinner and it was a really nice place. Ive been in the Summer and they have live bands outside but in the Winter its indoor seating of course, the atmosphere was really nice and the restaurant was clean. The servers were very friendly. We got the calamri app, the salmon dinner with mashed potatoes and the shrimp mozambique dinner. I personally did not love pistachios on the salmon but Im sure you would be able to ask for it without. For dessert menu, they brough a tray full of their dessert options so we can see what they look like and their portion size! Overall experience was really nice and I would totally recommend for a quiet / date settings.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options, salads and all sea food sectionParking: They have their own free parking lotWheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible

My fiance and I ate dinner at The cove for valentines day! I was a little nervous to go because someone had recently told me that the kitchen there is very gross (her son works for pepsi and when he installed the gear, he noticed how dirty it was). However, my fiance got the lobster ravioli for dinner. He said the Lobster on the top tasted fine but his first bite of the ravioli he has to spit out. He said it tasted gritty and salty. He took another bite thinking maybe it was just that ravioli, no it was the same. He didn't eat the rest of it and as soon as we got home he had food poisoning and threw it all up. We will never be coming back and we are very disappointed.

The food was not the greatest, rice was extremely salty, lobster roll lacked flavor and they ripped us off with our bill.We had a $300 bill and left $60 tip in cash and they still charged our card for tip. Our server was great but not $100 tip worthy. We will not return.

We checked this place out as a possible venue for our wedding and also had dessert and drinks there. The sales manager was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and after, we decided to stay for dessert. It was an impromptu choice. My fiancé got the carrot cake and I the crème brûlée along with a mudslide and him, coffee. I don’t have any food photos as we didn’t think of it until we licked our plates clean (we didn’t really but if we were home, we sure would have!).The wait staff were attentive, funny, and warm with all the customers.

Overall a great dinner out. Prices seemed high and food wasn’t spectacular or different. The steak tips were great quality and tasty. The lobster roll was over cooked and pricey. The kids pizza didn’t disappoint, it was big and tasted great. I will visit again during the summer to take advantage of the beautiful view.

A nice menu and cordial staff. I have been to the Cove for years but one consistant problem is that hot meals are already cooled off by the time they arrive at either the inside tables or inside bar. I am aware that outside dining is harder to control, but hot dishes should be hot.

Took the family here for my son's bday dinner last night. Great experience all around. Service and atmosphere was fantastic even for a slow winter night. The food was A+. I got the turkey melt. The kids got the bacon jam burger and my GF got tyhe steak tips. Everyone was very happy with their food. Oddly enough, the fries seemed to be the star of the show. Some of the best fries we've ever had. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months to eat/drink on the outdoor deck!
