2nd year I've brought my great granddaughter for her birthday. We were not disappointed.

Bartenders were incredibly rude and didn't care that I had been waiting. I had my card ready to go then tried to make eye contact and not one person acknowledged me. I've had some good times here in the past, but I'm afraid the poor service was enough to call it quits for good.

Fun and cool place to have a drink right on the water. I've heard it gets pretty crazy at night so I recommend going during the day for your first time here. The mud slide is a must try in my opinion.

Went here for the last day of the season and had a few items off what was availible. Really good cup of coffee and really enjoyed the laid back environment that's developing over there. Will definetly go back.

Oh. The view! We've been to the Tipsy Seagull several times. The view, ocean open concept, fresh ocean air. The food and service is top notch. The live music just added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Highly

Drove the bikes all the way there to be told we wouldn’t go in because my hubby was wearing a tank top …. Females can wear tanks but men can’t?? What’s going on with that.. won’t go back that’s for sure…

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tipsy Seagull, and it was quite an experience! From start to finish, it was a memorable evening. The bartender deserves a special mention for making our visit so enjoyable. Their skills and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our time at the bar. Now, let’s talk about the food. The nachos were a highlight, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that every chip was fully loaded with toppings. It’s rare to come across nachos this good. The drinks were also a hit, with great flavors and a variety of options. My only minor gripe was that they served the frozen drinks in styrofoam cups; I would have preferred tiki-style cups for a more fitting island vibe. One of the most intriguing aspects of the Tipsy Seagull is its floating bar concept. Be prepared for a unique experience as the bar gently rocks side to side. The swings used as chairs added an extra touch of fun and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.Overall, the Tipsy Seagull is a must-visit if you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind bar experience with delicious food, fantastic drinks, and a playful ambiance. Just remember to bring your sea legs lol.Parking: It could fill up

Good for drinks only. Menu has gone downhill sincewe were there last. Food was not awesome. Burgers were ok. Pizza was really oily, would have preferred fresh mozzarella. Atmosphere was nice until the kitchen staff started playing hard core rap next to where we were sitting. And this was at about 4:30 - 5 on a Thursday. We probably should have gone to pier 52. Tipsy seagull is good for a few drinks to watch the sunset, not much else.

Great little tiki bar on the water. Food is limited, but this is more of a place for drinks and you can't beat the atmosphere.
I’ve only been here once or twice and each time it’s been painfully mediocre. I ordered a beer that was in a plastic cup and was not all that cold. My burger was nothing to brag about, and my side was a stale bag of chips. Not awful but not great either.

The Tipsy is a great time. I make it a point to go every summer, both day and night. You can't beat the view, the food is really good and so are the drinks! They have a band on weekends and I love the swing chairs at the upstairs level!

This place is typical for a Tiki atmosphere. It's fun if you like to people watch. Bartender, the night I was there wasn't very friendly or attentive, so my friend and I left after 1 drink and ate and drank somewhere else. I was feeling that if you're not a regular, you don't get the attention. On the upside, my drink was good.

Fun atmosphere but would not recommend past 7pm. Usually during the day the bartenders will come around to tables to take your drink/food orders but they won't even look at you when you walk in. They don't accept cash either. Don't even bother trying to order a drink, never mind food past this time because the bartenders will just ignore you. Seems like just a bunch of snobby boat owners that get drunk every night of the week. This place would be a lot better with a younger crowd and better service!
