This is now my 5th bad experience here. You would think I would have already learned my lesson. Waited 30 min for a smoothie and a wrap. Smoothie was supposed to have greens, ginger, pineapple and banana. Took a sip and it was basically just a lot of ginger and spinach and awful. I ordered the Hummus wrap as it’s suitable for vegetarians… they put chicken in it so I could not eat it. It also had no hummus, or rice and beans. I also ordered a corn salad and it wasn’t in the bag. So I spent $15.70 on my order, left $2.36 (15%) tip- total $18.06 for garbage and missing food. This is my first ever google review, but damn customer service is just beyond frustrating especially being a person who always tips!

I came here for the first time and orders to go. I went to go pay for my meal and the person taking my order wants me to tip like I have too. They told me to press the green button even though I don’t even want to tip. I pressed the red button to skip it something the employee didn’t want to tell me so they can scam me out of a tip. Who’s ever in charge of this restaurant needs to deal with this because this can’t be the first time they tried to scam people and maybe even deduct all the money they stole away from the people out of their pay checks.Sincerely-Tomas smith

Ordered one smoothie to go. The guy who took my order looked so miserable. Didn't say anything besides grunts after I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me how to select a tip. Then I waited 12 minutes for my smoothie.

Took a out 45 mins to make a breakfast wrap and smoothie, breakfast warp has powdered eggs... With the consistency of mashed potatoes gross ?. The smooth was pretty mediocre not very flavor full, seems like they use too much ice to save money.

The girl opened my sandwich 4 times to look at it. It took over 45 minutes to get my order snd it was very expensive. She was doing surgery on my Flatbread.

I waited an hour for my order only to later realize it had been stolen off the pickup shelf, when they remade it they forgot to include a bag of chips with my order. I ordered two buffalo chicken wraps one with plant based meat one with regular meat and they mixed up the labels for each wrap. My girlfriend who is a strict vegetarian had been eating meat and was not happy.

Two stars because I do find their food good and healthy. However, seems that every time I order, it take extremely long to get my food and it’s usually not what I ordered.

wonderful food so healthy. my server Serenah did a small blip but its her first day so i understand. the grilled cheese sandwich is fantastic and so is the cali breakfast flatbread. oh and the edible staws are soo fun and worth it new year new me get healthy so i will be ordering more from here.

Visited the Tropical Smoothie in Fall River on William Cannon BLVD on 1/2/23 2:00pm & the place was booming! I just want to shout out the crew, & young lady handing out the pickup orders. It’s busy, & some people can be jerks to customer service workers, & I just wanna acknowledge your hard work, & let you know people see it!! Thank you! My food was delicious.And PS - it costs nothing to be kind.

Great customer service. They take allergies very seriously which I appreciate SO much. The woman at the front taking my order was so helpful when I wanted a plant based option. The other staff members went out of their way to tell me when my order was almost ready and I could hear them confirming with one another what part was an allergy. Wait was not long. Overall a really good experience- thank you!
