First time at the restaurant walked in was promptly seated waited 8 or 10 min nobody showed up. A couple of gentlemen showed up 10 min later they were seated brought them bread, soda. After my wife said something to the owner someone came out of the kitchen and said to another waitress I guess I go over there and came to our table and just said what do you want to drink. I said nothing thank you we leaving. She said ok. So 40 min later left the restaurant with no service.

I cannot believed what I saw on the menu.. A soup is 4.00 dollars ? What a rip off. In my home town in San Miguel - a local area. It cost me only 1 euro is about 1.09 dollar. A big bowl. And rice pudding cost 4 dollars ? REALLY ? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? In Azores,Portugal only cost 80 cent to 1 euro depends on size f bowl. Crazy. America is very very very crazy and disgusting costly here! I never understand Portuguese restaurant here in New England and Rhode Island. They are not AUTHENTIC AT ALL! THE TASTE ARE ABSOLUTELY KINDA DIFFERENT OR EVEN CLOSE! NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They are toooooooo expensive and they do not taste authentic food like in Portugal/Azores at all. And my gosh, beers and wines are expensive! In my local home town. A beer bottle or a mug glass cost 80 cent to 1.00 euro. And for wine glass. A big glass of wine is 60 cent or a bottle of wine is 2 euro. Very cheap. Disappointment. Never again go to any Portuguese restaurants in RI and Massachusetts ever again! Portuguese p eople need to woke up!

First time at the restaurant was seated promptly, waited 10 min for someone to show up and nothing. A couple of gentlemen showed up seated. Next to our table, brought them bread sodas and meanwhile my husband and I not even acknowledged, I went to talk to the owner and said Im going to see whats going on and about 10 min later a girl mumbled to another waitress I guess Ill go over there and with an attitude said what do you want to drink. So we decided to leave. First and last time at this establishment

Specifically asked for rice with my plate 3 timed and didn't get it. When I called and asked why, they claimed they "ran out of rice"... Not sure why they didn't tell me at the point of ordering because I would have gotten something else or went elsewhere. And all the sauce from my plate was all over the bag so I had a nice dry steak. I didn't have it tumbled over or was rough with the bag. Most places Saran wrap plates with sauce like that

Wasn't impressed at all. Calamari was dry, tasted like frozen, fish and chips were ok and steak sandwiche was cold. Was definitely hoping for a better meal, also beer was warm. Service...slow5 other tables came in and got their food before us.

I had the shrimp Mozambique what else would I get at a Portuguese restaurant! The shrimp where small bit cooked perfectly. I loved the fries and wouldn't be surprised if they where homemade. It was a slow afternoon and the waitress was attentive. Feels like there's room for improvement I'll try something else next time.

Never will be returning there ever again, waited 45 minutes before I got my drink, then I ordered fish and chips plate and when I starting eating I noticed that half was fish and half was chicken and they didn't even tell me about it, that was unbelievable I love my food and Iam not picky at all but this was the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I can not believe it at all. Didn't even wanna give them one star. I wouldn't recommed any of these dishes.. poor poor food and wait time just for a drink waiting 35 minutes was insane.

We were so excited to try this new Portuguese restaurant, as we love Portuguese fare- we got takeout, everything was warm, there was nothing received cold, as in other reviews… hand cut French fries were fantastic- we also had steak and pork sandwiches, which our entire party loved- give this place a try, we really enjoyed it!Dietary restrictions: Peanut and tree nut free was appreciated

the food is always great their with generous portions and affordable prices. it isn't the quickest stop but the wait is worth it and is never excessive. it has a great dining area that only improves on the quality experience
