Went through the drive-through last night around 10 PM. I decided to get the 2 Junior Whoppers with cheese for $5. When I got home(5 minutes later) my burgers were room temp. The cheese I ordered was not melted nor soft. The buns told a story of burgers that were cooked wrapped and sitting on a counter 25 minutes before I got there. Oh yeah and I donated a dollar towards some children’s fund. You would’ve thought that would’ve got me at least some lukewarm food. WRONGFUL.

We went there and we ordered a meal we didn’t get what we ordered. We didn’t have time to go back right then and there to get the auto corrected so the guy was extremely rude to me on the phone hung up on me and then took the phone off the hook, so I couldn’t call back.

Terrible service. I order ahead online went in to get my food and Gail at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me for the first 10 minutes even when I asked her excuse me twice. Then when she finally acknowledged me she said she didn’t put through the order yet. I asked for a full refund she had enough audacity to actually ask me what was the problem. I said to her and the assistant manager Gabriel who wasn’t doing a thing but standing around laughing and smiling that the problem was I ordered ahead Bev I was sick and when I came in I was forced to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged for them to tell me that I was gonna have to wait even longer for my order. The manager came over because she was the only who could give me the refund and did even apologize. The whole crew were less than professional cussing and clowning around. Extremely dirty I saw a fruit fly in the cookie display while I was getting my refund and absolutely no structure. While I was waiting a lady had come in because they had messed up her drive through order and Gail told her she’d have to wait. The whole situation was disappointing and an embarrassment to the company. Gladly took my money somewhere else will definitely never go back to that location this is the 3rd and last time I order from there. Food in the past has been cold and/or dried out. Also have had sandwiches made incorrectly. Don’t bother going not worth your time. Also they’ve jacked up the prices. Would give a 0 if I could

I only ordered a frosty and a son of baconator sandwich. Was not given a spoon/straw for my frosty and was told to pull forward so I pulled over to the side so I don't block the cars behind me and I waited almost 10 minutes for a single sandwich. I finally go up to the drive thru window and was handed my order and told I forgot my sandwich. Don't know how you forget that you parked a customer. Not a good look for night crew. Usually service is great.

Very friendly and helpful. Not forcing up sells to you. Just letting you know that what I was ordering did come as a combo in case I didn't know because they had just that week made it a combo
