YUM. I loves me a good breakfast. This little diner serves up a breakfast that satisfies those morning hunger pangs. I ordered the classic breakfast of fluffy pancakes, savory sausage links, eggs over easy and real home fries - not those stringy things - I'm talking real chunks of potatoes. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The sausage was juicy and perfectly cooked and the eggs were perfectly cooked. I wonder if the corned beef hash is home made? We will definitely return.

Wow the place was packed, and people lining the door. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! I got the Irish eggs Benedict and it was so good! Cooked perfectly, and homemade hollandaise sauce was amazingly good!!! There was only one poor waitress attending to everyone, however the service was still okay. Would definitely recommend this place to eat a good meal. There was a parking lot out front with plenty of parking.

Fantastic diner on Main St in Falmouth. Service is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Seating is booths & tables, always busy year round. Wide variety of food; breakfast all day, sandwiches, burgers, diner meals….huge, generous portions. The menu will please anyone, plus it’s Gluten Free heaven. They can make almost anything GF, with dedicated grills, fryers, etc. The GF pancakes are best I’ve ever tasted, all sausage, bacon etc are GF. Home Fries def worth the extra carbs. Even GF muffins. We call ahead if bringing a large party so they can set up a table ahead of time…otherwise no reservations just walk in.Dietary restrictions: Chef / owner is intelligent & sensitive about food allergies. Has celiac family members so very knowledgeable. Kitchen has dedicated GF areas.

Betsy's is a nice 50's style diner with scrumptious hardy portions of typical American style breakfast/lunch dishes. They even have some gluten-free options here, too, which is rare to see in diners. Our waitress was so nice and very attentive. And our meals were promptly made and brought to us.It's always nice to eat in a nostalgic atmosphere and feel as if we stepped back into simpler times.

This diner reminds me of Happy Days waiting for Ritchie Cunningham and his friends to walk in. I just wanted a coffee and something sweet for a snack. Coffee is bottomless and delicious. My blueberry muffin was grilled with butter, yummy. The restaurant was bustling and the servers always had a smile and made sure you were ok. The decor is fun with sock hopping music. I recommend Betsy Diner, come on in and enjoy sitting at the counter or at a table.

Pretty good options, only beef/pork products they don’t have turkey or chicken options as far as breakfast meat substitutes.
Horrible. Ants coming through the walls, food and service were terrible. I will never eat here again.

Stayed in Cape Cod couple of weeks ago and this great place was within walking distance from our hotel. Diner has a cozy atmosphere and a classic menu of comfort breakfast and lunch food. The friendly staff and delicious pancakes, toasts and eggs make it a must-visit spot for anyone in the area. My eggs Benny was just WOW!

Everything was wonderful except they no longer allow separate checks which is extremely important to me as my meal cost is almost always lower than my luncheon mate.
