His ethnic roots show thru in his cooking ? as well as his experience from other restaurants he's worked at. It's his own restaurant so he gets to have his flair on his own dishes. “YUM. I loves me a good breakfast. This little diner serves up a breakfast that satisfies those morning hunger pangs. I ordered the classic breakfast of fluffy pancakes, savory sausage links, eggs over easy and real home fries - not those stringy things - I'm talking real chunks of potatoes. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The sausage was juicy and perfectly cooked and the eggs were perfectly cooked. I wonder if the corned beef hash is home made? We will definitely return.“
