Reached out to have Ghelfi's create a holiday assortment of chocolates to over 60 employees. Within a day of receiving the order they had all of the packages out looking and tasting fantastic!

We always stop here. My husband likes the ice cream and I have a favorite candy. But it changes. Still good, but I am disappointed. I loved the thin dark chocolate with salt. Today the chocolate was thicker and the salt barely there.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. My husband and I have been coming here for years in our beautiful little town of Falmouth. Before we went on our Boston Valentine's Day Trip we stopped off at Ghelfi's and I picked out all my favorite chocolates and truffles. They were amazing as always and hands down the best chocolates around! However I noticed a few chocolates were not the ones I ordered but ones that were very similar. They both look exactly the same but a few were raspberry chips instead of peppermint chips. I called them up and told them. They exceeded expectations and were so gracious and generous. Goodness this is what you call customer service. You can tell they really value their customers and that's why we are life long customers. We travel all around the world and my husband and I agree , Ghelfi's has the best chocolate and best customer service. Don't give anywhere else a thought. Go to Ghelfi's Forever!Beckey and Charlie

Price - quality ratio..... not balanced.... got family Valentines candy. Fudge was dry and brittle, peanut butter tasted old, prices.... $$$

This place has the best fudge I've ever had. They have a wide variety of chocolates. I've moved far from Falmouth but I continue to order all my fudge gifts from ghelfies. Their online service is fast and efficient and there's never been an issue whether ordered and shipped summer or winter!!

1st visitA first time for me. Nice and huge selection of candies and chocolates here. Excellent quality and warm welcome from the sales lady.2nd visitAn older saleswoman 'helped' me. She was pretty expeditive, almost rude because of that. The chocolates were not that fresh and almost melting(visited the first week of September 2022)

AMAZING! In town for a local conference and happened upon this chocolate store. Loved this idyllic home town chocolate store. Huge assortment of candies and chocolates. Ice cream options, as well. If you're looking for a sweet treat to wrap up an evening out or gifts to take home from your visit to Falmouth, this is the place to visit! Planning to send these chocolates out for the holidays!

At the Ghelfi’s Candies of Cape Cod located at Mashpee Commons, my friends did not have enough money for their candy so they asked for permission if they could take out some of the candy. The lady asked her boss and the boss said they have to pay the full price. However they did not have enough money. The boss said they couldn’t put it back because they couldn’t touch the candy with their bare hands then sell it again. However the boss touched it with HER bare hands. We asked for a refund and they refused. $37.00 wasted on money that I was able to buy a sweatshirt with. Absolutely rip-off.

Staff were courteous and friendly. I was quite disappointed by my root beer float that wasn't even full (maybe half full to say the least?!) The chocolates were delicious, although pricy.
