My wife and I stopped in for a quick coffee and it was anything but quick. It took close to thirty minutes inside to get two coffeesI almost jumped back in my truck and drove to the drive through because they were getting better service. Than the people in the building were

This Starbucks is closed to the public, but can order on mobile. I walked up to the window to inquire about mugs and she brought and then told me if I wanted it I needed to go through drive thru?

I found the place to be spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. I liked that they had two gender neutral restrooms. Plenty of parking and easy to find off the main road.Drinks are pricey, but we know that. We go for a treat and for convenience.

The drive through creates a lot of traffic on the main road and parking is rather congesting with through traffic

Service is so bad, watched 2 employees wander around looking at the space, while 6 people waiting more than 15 minutes for a coffee. Left with luke warm coffees, only to see the same 2 employees outside shooting the breeze.Coming into Starbucks the music was so loud, I thought I was at a nightclub, certainly not a place to sit and have a conversation. If your one of those that wants a serene place to enjoy your coffee and get some laptop time, good luck to you, careful, the tables are dirty and stickyAlthough my wife wants Starbuck coffee, we went back the next day for more luke warm coffee, we experienced the same lazy staff with the same look of confusion trying to figure out what to do next.Clearly poor training, poor management, absolutely no sense of service

I dont leave reviews often, but this interaction made an impression on me. I went to get a nitro cold brew and the supervisor looking person seemed to misunderstand me and gave me a regular brew. When I expressed myself, she continued to pour the old drink in the sink while looking at me in the eyes, like I am supposed to feel bad about it.. I like the location and always shop here, but come on..There is this older lady that works there also, she is awesome, excellent customer service!

Like all other Starbucks locations, it’s a good spot for a nice drink with a decent atmosphere and good service. It’s always quiet at this one so you won’t have to deal with too many people if you don’t like busy places.Vegetarian options: Aside from the meat sandwiches, everything is vegetarian and there are milk alternatives so you could probably survive here if you’re vegan too.Parking: It’s in a little strip mall with a lot of parking and it’s near staples so it’s pretty much always dead.Kid-friendliness: There’s not much to eat here for kids, aside from the cake pops. The atmosphere isn’t great for kids either, it’s like any other coffee shop.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole place is on one level but there’s 2 doors to enter so it might be a little difficult if you’re alone

Lots of staff so not sure why it takes so long to get drinks. Going to Dunkin Doughnuts from now on across the street. Even when you order a simple espresso it takes 10min minimum half the time

Friendly public golf course. Not stuffy, not pretentious, just golf. As an old duffer who rarely plays, I fit right in.
