Phone rang about 20 times no answer. Thought maybe they were busy so drove over to find note on door closed today. A message would have been nice.

This is the worst Boston Market! I did an online order and I got to the store and there is a sign saying closed today! Well how did you let me place an online order then. Trying. To call the store 10x to get my refund the next day and they won’t answer what kind of business is this?

This place is never open. 6pm in a Thursdays and the lights are off with a sign on the door ... "out of product."I run a kitchen and know for a fact that whole chickens are NOT in short supply. Do better. Order enough. How does a chicken place run out of EVERYTHING before 6pm? My theory is the staff doesn't cook enough so they can go home early. Zero stars. Don't waste your money or time. Go to hannaford across the street and get a whole rotisserie chicken for $5.

From other reviews, not surprised the doors were locked after noon on a Friday. Note on the door about credit card system not working. Employees came out from the back as I drove off... Hope they get it together or just close so nobody's time is wasted.

Went there recently and there was only one worker in the store, they were friendly but it was too busy for just one worker. The store was dirty, and the store was out of drinks, chicken and gravy. My online order had not been started when I arrived. The corn tasted like dirty water and the mashed potatoes were gritty. The sweet potatoes and Cesar salad was pretty good considering the state of the store. If my order had not already been paid for I would have not ordered food from this location.

This place has gone so far down hill. I hadn’t been in a couple of years and today when I went I was shocked just how run down the place became. The two people working were pleasant but there was very minimal stuff on their menu. They were out of stock on everything. The walls were dirty every where you looked. The floors were sticky. It just made me sad to think how run down the place had become. It seems more like a corporate issue than the individual employees. I felt bad for them.

So sick of this location. This is my 5th time trying to eat here and EVERY time, they are out of the food I order, and the staff is ALWAYS unpleasant. I would suggest spending your money at a local owned business instead.

Completely unprofessional. Half of our order was unavailable, which no one had reached out to let us know. The general Manger is absolutely disgusting. Walked in asking me if his associate was busy "playing with herself in the back."Watching her do all the work when she doesn't even have change in the drawer. Whoever is keeping this man in charge has no right to be running a business.Kayla was the employee on staff today and she was entirely the best part of the experience. Warm friendly attitude, working all by herself, busting out orders left and right. She deserves better than what this place has to offer and I would ONLY ever come here again strictly for her

The owner was so kind! You can tell when food and running a business is with passion. We were passing by on a trip and I used to get pickup as a kid all the time, and was extremely pleased to come again and still have amazing homestyle food.

Disgusting. Surprised this place hasn't been shut down. Two (slow) employees. They literally had NOTHING. Nothing for drinks, nothing but chicken. They were literally "out" of everything. Blamed it on switching suppliers, but I don't believe it. Almost walked out as the place was so dirty and signs everywhere saying SOLD OUT. I'm surprised I didn't get sick. If this place is open in a month I will be surprised.

Beware. do not use their online delivery service from their actual website. We ordered 6 meals through Boston market on their actual website for delivery to great wolf lodge and received a call from the driver that there was no crispy chicken available for the 3 crispy chicken sandwiches nor did they have garlic herb chicken. When told them to cancel the order as they were unable to fulfill 4 of the 6 items we ordered, Boston Market refused to refund and told us that we would have to come into the store with the physical card if we wanted a refund. I told them I cannot come into the store as I had no ride, and that was the reason that we ordered delivery in the first place because we didn't have a car to pick up the food. They continued to refuse the refund unless we go to the actual store which makes absolutely no sense. Boston Market are the ones that did not have 4 of the 6 items that we ordered and refused to refund our money. Another weird thing was the order was being fulfilled by doordash even though we ordered through their actual website, and had I known this would've ordered through doordash because their customer service is 100% better and I would've received my refund without issues. The Boston market worker was rude and told me "well I don't know what to tell you, you have to come into the store with the card or else you won't get refunded". I was beside myself and was forced to change the orders to any meal befitting of the cost which was over $70 or else I would lose the money completely. I have always ordered delivery and never had a problem like this before. The Boston market worker was very rude and I felt bad for the driver who was stuck in the middle as his Job was only to pick up and deliver food. He apologized for the issues, something not once did the Boston Market workers ever do. never again will I ever order through their websites nor ever order boston market again.

Stopped by to pick up dinner the other day around 6:30. It had been a couple years since I last went there and was shocked to see half the menu board blank, the steam table had only a few items in it, the rest were empty. Nice man behind the counter apologized that there were no potatoes & no stuffing. The food looked like it had been sitting there all day, the sweet potato casserole was a strange pinkish red color and there was not even a faint scent of roasted chicken. The nice man mentioned supply chain issues. Come on, where is this food being shipped in from? China? I politely said I would pass on ordering. I hope this business corrects it's deficiencies or they'll be out of business very soon. I felt bad for the guy, he's trying hard to survive. Shame on Boston Market corporate for their poor choice in suppliers, it's killing their franchisees business.
