This place has terrible service. They had advertised that their buffet opened at 11:30, we sat down at 12 and they told us they were still getting the Buffett ready. 12:30 rolls around, no buffet and no one even asking if they can get you something while you wait. There are much better Brazilian options in the area. Steer clear of this place.

Courteous staff I went there when the first few weeks of their opening. Had the buffet. The food specifically the beans were salty. The meat the chicken and beef were overcooked. It was hard to eat. Overall it could have been better. But the other times I went to the buffet the same issue with the overuse of salt and overcooked meat was off-putting.

When I visit a Brazilian bakery, I at least expect my server to know the names of what I'm ordering in Portuguese, even if they don't speak Portuguese. The gentleman behind the counter didn't know Portuguese or the names of the goods he was sell. I instead had to look for the Americanized name on it, and a lot of them were misnomers for the food they were selling. I didn't try the buffet. Not sure I wanted to after to seeing the limited selection in the bakery part of the store. At least the cooks and the girl at the counter were Brazilian so they understood what food I wanted. Overall, I feel unsatisfied with their service. The food was a solid 7/10, which is pretty good and it was flavorful. They should teach the gentleman at the counter how to say the Portuguese names of the food, even my American boyfriend knew their names and was put off by it. Don't claim to be Brazilian restaurant when you don't even know what I'm ordering.

At 11am 6/7 I ordered a açaí bowl and the young lady at the counter could not tell me what is included in the bowl and when asked she wanted to pass me the menu. This type of rude behavior makes me think why would a person get a customer facing job if they act like this. After ordering the food the same person made the açaí bowl and it came out disgusting with a old metallic taste to the açaí purée with no granola after asking twice to include the granola.For this being my first time here I’m disappointed e cause usually Brazilian restaurants have a reputation of good service and food.Y’all need to do better. The bowl was $15 and probably cost you $2 in ingredients including the plastic bowl. The price we pay is for the service.
