Ordered online for pickup and when I got there I waited at the front so I could get my food. The waiter made eye contact with me and left to talk with the bartender for 15 minutes while I was waiting for my food. By the 20 minute mark I ended up going behind the desk and getting my food. They are too busy talking to each other to notice someone walk behind their desk, check the food to make sure it’s right, and leave.

So sad. The service was terrible. It didn't seem busy 7 tables w no more than 4 people. At least 2 servers, one bar tender and the host.3 in my party. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar that took longer then getting our nachos. The nachos , I added a picture, had little toppings. We ordered two 20 piece boneless wings and a burger meal.The chicken was hard, and very little sauce. Very sad.When I went to use the bathroom it was disgusting, added picture, there was something on the bowl. The other toilets except for one were covered with toilet paper either in or all over the floor.I did try to get a manager to speak with but after waiting 15 minutes I had lost my patience.

I had order online for pick up.Upon on arriving they had no lettuce for the salad no biggie at all I told them I would go for the cheeseburger delux. On the menu we also 10 pieces of boneless chicken wings. They give u a 6 or 10 . So I go back to work get out the food to find out that we only received a 5 piece boneless wings. So I called to talk with the manager and explain everything . He asked if I wanted a grift card or money back. I said to put the money back on my card. I waited a couple of days to see if the money came back and nothing. I am just disappointed because the is not the first time we ordered that something has happened. I care more about we talked we came up with a solution and nothing happened. Words are more important than the food.

The food is great, but my experience wasn't. I stopped in and ordered 2 sets of boneless wings only waited about 10 mins...then I took my order and drove home 30 mins away.Got home and realized they gave me bone in, so I had to spend another hour going there and back before I had a chance to eat them! Very unfortunate ? for me...

I'm a truck driver so I use delivery services a lot. It makes it simple to get mills to my truck. Adnormally I love buffalo wild wings. It's in my top three go to wing joints. But I have to say this particular buffalo wild wings was absolutely horrendous. The uber driver was great my order even arrived a few minutes early. But my entire order wings and fries were completely cold and completely draw it out like they've been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch. They were drawn out to a point that a few of the wings were unchewable. I've personally taken wings home from other Buffalo. Wild wings refrigerated then heated them up and ate them 2 days later. And they were way better than the wings that I receive tonight.

I've been here two times with my buddy and what a fun time it was. The service is pretty good and the boneless wings were delicious. Also, do not think you can handle the hottest spicy sauce... That thing doesn't play around.Overall a good place to eat ?
Front person left to check for a table for us. After 10 minutes of her not coming back, we left. Such unbelievable poor service.

Ok, look. I don’t know what happened here because I ordered before and they were good. I ordered take-out an assortment of bone in and boneless wings. The boneless wings were ok, BUT….the bone-in were waaaay overdone, hardly sauced, extremely dry and: if you told me they came from a pigeon I would not argue (see the picture). Ridiculously awful
