I have never had a bad experience with the staff either, even when they have to deal with rude people (which is frequent when I visit) they are always so kind.Wheelchair accessibility: While there is a ramp the door is not automatic.

Every time I've gone to delicious dips I've never been disappointed in my choices. Not only do they have a great selection but everything looks so appealing from being so perfectly decorated it's hard to choose just a couple!! I definitely recommend

My wife brought some Christmas Crack home and it was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never smoked crack, but I imagine the fact that these are so addictive is an accurate name. My wife works in Fitchburg so I think I’ll have her stop in on a regular basis. Go get some ASAP!

After having a terrible customer service encounter at another bakery in Fitchburg, I was pleased to see that the customer service here is soooo good. She is so nice, helpful, and welcoming. And once I bit into that oreo cupcake.. everything changed lol. The smoothie was amazing too! I also like how they post everything they have daily on the Instagram page. I cant wait to go back!
