Our favorite breakfast spot. First the service is always amazing. Everyone that works here is wonderful and friendly. My family loves supporting this restaurant and we look forward to many more years of delicious breakfast food (and coffee!)

Have been a few times and like their waffles with fruit. Friendly staff. Recently went and tried a few new specials the table wasn’t crazy about. The Buffalo chicken omelette had very little flavor and the sausage bomb (?) Benedict was a bit watery. One meal had a meat side missing which we asked about several times and came 15+min after meals were delivered.

Love this spot, it's a classic little diner with all the favorites. Service was quick and the staff are all friendly. It gets pretty busy, so be prepared to go early or have a modest wait.Parking: Plenty of parking behind the diner.

Went on a Sunday around 11am we got our food at noontime waited a whole hour for cold hash browns and cold corn beef hash as if they were rushed to get things out cuz there were so many orders ahead of us,almost left, quality of the food has changed probably due to bidenomics!Sad that places that were good have to lessen quality to survive and eventually loose quality customersUncomfortable counter stools

I’ve been coming to this diner for years. I’ve always gotten the #4 and cleaned the plate. Try the French toast using homemade raisin. Good people, good service, good food. People who complain about flavor often go for breakfast that is cooked with tons of butter. If you eat here you can actually go get things done after you eat because you’re not queasy from the butter other diners use to increase flavor. Today I got the Big Mac wrap special. Too good.

Best Birthday brunch i have ever experienced! First I went on "vacation" at The Great Wolf Lodge, I didn't realize how insane that would be. My parents drove down from Maine to surprise me. I needed time off the resort compound and craved a quaint diner feel. So I googled Diner, this one fit the bill. Let me tell you, BEST BIRTHDAY BRUNCH. Allie(I apologize if I spelled ur name wrong) was on point with her small town Maine humor. She had my old French dad in stitches from beginning to end, that is a rarity. She was attentive to details. Made my mom a quick ice tea, cause my mom was pretty much begging for one. She even nailed that. The food was incredible. Love poured into every bite. My parents got lunch and my daughter and I the eggs beni and my daughters friend got the pancakes. Generous servings. Everybite deliciously devoured. (Eventually! Servings were so big we had to take some home!) If you live real Blueberry muffins, try it grilled, these aren't Blueberry cupcakes like you find in the grocery store, they are handmade muffins, like muffins are supposed to taste. Delicious! Thank you Allie and the Fitchburg Diner! You nailed it!

We found the Fitchburg Diner when looking for an alternative for breakfast while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. Ordering online was simple. It was only 6 minutes away. The food was ready when we got there. We brought the food back to our room. Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The kids loved their pancakes. The apple cinnamon pancakes were amazing. The omelettes were huge and scrumptious. We would highly recommend especially if looking to not spend a lot of money on breakfast. Highly recommend.

Wonderful local establishment. Good service, excellent food ... typical of the eggs Benedict style restaurants in this area. Worth a visit.

My wife and I hadn’t been here in a while-since the renovations and hours changing actually. I must say-we we’re rather disappointed and there seems to have been a drop off in quality. My wife both ordered eggs Irish with home made hash, coffee and split a corn muffin. The service was friendly if somewhat slow (which I expect in the current environment). The coffee was a bit weak to my tastes but I don’t drink a lot of coffee anyway. The real problem was the food. It wasn’t horribly prepared or gross or anything; it was just-there. The hollandaise sauce had very little flavor. The eggs were poached nicely but the hash we need to talk about. When I order Eggs Irish, I always make a point to get home made hash. I will not order it if the option is not available. Unfortunately, while I did order home made-it was very moist and nearly flavorles (this was noted on another review I read). The home fries were ok; again, cooked well enough but just no flavor.I don’t know what happened-it used to be good. I know a few things got either questioned by the staff and sent back to the cook before the waitresses even served them; my wife literally saw one of the waitresses check out a stack of pan cakes and sent it back herself.I won’t say “never again”. I will say that hopefully management takes a look at this-and that the only other negative reviews I saw occurred very recently-indicating something has gone amiss. Very disappointed.

We go here a lot and love the breakfast food. They have a very creative menu, and the service is always great. It's always busy, so you got to get here early. They have a massive omelet selection. I usually get the eggs Benedict and my son loves the stuffed French toast.

The food is always great, the specials are updated regularly and the staff is great. Best diner in town, in my opinion.

Went out to breakfast with my girlfriend hoping to have a nice meal but neither of us could finish our meals. I had an omelette that had bacon that was way undercooked, but the omelette was way over cooked to the point i couldn’t enjoy it. She got home fries with her meal that were cold and tasteless. My home fries were cut into HUGE pieces and the centers were still raw. Staff was very nice and i wish the food was as well.

My family and I went to this diner for breakfast the day after Thanksgiving for the first and the LAST time. The staff was friendly, and food may have been good had I had a chance to try it. We saw a mouse run from under the radiator behind my seat and into the kitchen. I let out a scream because it was a mouse. The staff wasn't worried and treated the incident as it were nothing, instead we were told not to worry and that the restaurant wasn't dirty and that it's the time of year that mice come in. Maybe I am old fashioned. I understand that mice come into warmer climates when it's cold, but when your customers see it, that would have been the time to maybe close the establishment. But instead they continued to serve the customers. This is NOT ok.
