The place is average nothing too exciting, the atmosphere was plain nothing to make you feel good. Food was ok not the best I ever had but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone as a stand out place to get food.

Love this place. They are fast and effective. I have yet to receive an incorrect order even if I go very close to closing! On one of my trips, I accidentally ordered to the Leominster location for pick up but they were able to make it and said it was due to our order being a small one.

Went there Christmas Eve and was told that we could only order full sides of everything. It's not like they weren't cooking everything anyway. Been going there for years. Very disappointed.

We got the fastest delivery ever. It seemed like I placed the order and they were there in under 20 minutes. The food was okay. The pork fried rice seemed to have an oily sheen to it. It tasted ok though. The fried foods in the Pu Pu platter were not over fried. If you're ever up in Ashby MA, you could do far worse for a meal.

When I first started ordering here everything was great, lately not so much, it's hit or miss. This past Saturday 11/11 I ordered food for my daughters birthday and the rice tasted like it was 3 days old and chicken was so dry you could have broken a tooth on it. Very disappointed.

Was riding through Fitchburg and looking for a place to grab some food. Came across Gold Bowl and decided to give it a try. Place is mostly for take-out; only several booths for seating. There is no real table-service, you order at the counter and they bring your order out to you - packaged as a take-out (even though they know you're dining in). Service was fast, and staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered General's Chicken combination and a side of fried shrimp. The chicken was good, but the rice was bland, the spare ribs were just small thin strips, and the crab rangoons were meh. The fried shrimp were dripping with oil and barely edible. The place seems to be popular with the locals, tho, as the counter was busy for most of my visit. I rarely venture out that way, but if I do, I'll look for something else to try.

I will never order my food again from Gold bowl in fitchburg!! I had 2 bad experiences here. 1) chicken wings were dry as if they re-cooked them from the day before. Called told woman the issue, her reply was I DIDN'T ASK FOR JUICY ONES!!!2) Ordered 1 order of Happy family they delivered 2 orders! I called they came give me 20.00 & took the food back!!!!! Makes me think they re-sold the extra oder!!!! I never heard of an establishment that comes to your door to take food back & give you 20.00 !!!!!!! I will NEVER eat here again. What I should do is call the BOARD OF HEALTH!!! NASTY!!!!!

Great food at a great price. My wife and I ate here today for lunch. They have lunch specials which run $10 to $12 and is served daily 11 to 3pm. With the lunch you get a choice of appetizer, rice (white, brown or pork fried rice) and your main meal. The portions are generous. The service is fast and overall a great lunch. I ordered a lo mein dish not on the lunch special. It was delicious. We will absolutely be backVegetarian options: The have a list is vegetarian option as well a “diet friendly” seamed option

Arrived at this restaurant / pick up drive-thru place to go inside and I looked at the menu while watching the back of the cooking area to see the cook's prepping food on top of the trash can nobody wearing gloves people grabbing food from the trays and eating it while prepping food nobody was washing their hands people were touching their hair one person even grabbed money and then stuck his hands in pre-cooked food absolutely disgusting if you go there stand back watch them cook food and then think twice about orderingParking: Highly recommend not going
