My go here every once in a while, and I kick myself every time I do. This is an establishment that you constantly have to check your order. Not so much that they didn’t make it right more that they keep food from you. I mean if you order a six piece chicken nugget, you may only get five. If you order a breakfast meal, you may not get the hash brown. it gets worse because then they question you about it like they think you’re trying to sneak one over on them for $1.99. If you own this McDonald’s, you should probably keep an eye on them. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend but in a pinch I guess anything will do.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location in the app. Tried contacting 114 Whalon St to see if I could get a refund but when I call it says their message box is full. I tried calling multiple times. Shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund. Won't be ordering McDonald's again. I would like my $5.63 back.

We walked in at 9:41am waited patiently at the counter for someone to take our order. Multiple people made eye contact. A manager walked out a drive through order and said nothing to us. No we’ll be right with you or anything. Just completely ignored the fact that we were standing there waiting. Someone finally took our order at 9:47. No apology for the wait, greeting or anything. My daughter wanted to buy herself an ice cream cone and we were waiting nearly 10 minutes with nobody else in the lobby. Abhorrent customer service

Order carefully at this specific location, Whalen St, Fitchburg. If you order a "sausage McGriddle", you will get only sausage on your McGriddle.

We order off the mobile app, we were shorted a breakfast sandwich. We told the employee that was working the drive thru numerous times but he just stared at us until we just left in frustration. This not the 1st time we have had trouble with this location not getting the full order or the customer service just isn't there. I'm sure this complaint won't go anywhere either but if enough people complain then maybe McDonald's would do something about it.
